I took my elderly father to get some Christmas shopping done the cart stopped on his way out and this stout elderly woman comes running up and starts berating him, there is a sign on the door but don't be disrespectful about it unless you want that reputation. Getting there: Kohl's is located on the far end of the shopping mall. There is construction going on in the same parking lot, but Kohl's is still open. Experience: I originally needed to run in to return and Amazon purchase, but then I realized I needed to get a birthday present for my cousin. So I was quickly able to return my Amazon purchase. There wasn't a line so I was in and out. I had a hard time deciding what to get my cousin. Kohl's can be pretty pricey if you're not looking for what's on sale at the moment. Even then I still ended up spending more than I wanted, but I was able to get a present and a gift bag before heading over to her celebration. Tips: - Kohl's always has sales. I do like Kohl's for the bargains for some of the quality brands like Rock & Republic Jeans, etc., What didn't impress me about this one was how disorganized the clearance section was! What a clustereff!??!! The other sections not on sale, were also in disarray. I went to Kohl's on Friday to purchase some birthday gifts for my great niece. I had a 30% off coupon to use for my purchases. I was EXTREMELY disappointed when the cashier informed that my coupon was not good on the CARTERS brand. I also find it very unfair and unprofessional of Kohl's NOT to honor their gift cards on their 30% off coupons as well. I used to enjoy shopping at Kohl's but not anymore. I cannot understand for the life of me why you took up so much space and removed your lovely jewelry area in order to make so much room for Sephora when there is an ULTA store just a few blocks away. I have been shopping at this store for almost 2 years and today I experienced the worst customer service. I thought there is no more racism in Beaumont but still alive and well. I had two boxes to return. Shyla was so rude and asked if it is separate or together? I said separate. She scanned i my QR code and I told her I have one more. She then replied it's together And angrily separated my box and said. She said "This is separate and this is together". Unnecessary! I said, it is separate because I have two codes. Took in returns to Customer Service counter today it was very unpleasant!! I have not returned many things so upon approaching CS employee #2120xxx I asked a question about the return amount$$ She snapped at me with a very condescending tone "like I said & tried to show you " I didn't say much after that since I felt so insulted She then handed me the receipt & said " you have a nice rest of your day" with the most sarcastic tone & then turned sharply & walked away. Not this particular Khol's, the the company HQ. My wife has been getting charges she doesn't understand on her Kolh's card. Today we called to ask about some charges she didn't understand. First person we spoke with was Spanish/Mexican, second was Arab or East Indian by sound of accent. My wife is Chines from PRC, speaks Mandarin. Khol's does not have access to a single Mandarin/Chinese speaking employee or interpreter in their customer service/billing departments. Out of more than 5.5 million Chinese in the U.S. this country. We're closing our Kohl's accounts, but still have to pay charges on merchandise ordered by and sent to "Mrs. Knit," but charged to my wife's card. read more

I returned a vacuum they accepted the vacuum in January of 2018....I've called different times since and no one can help. I called today as honestly i forgot about it but found the receipt. After going through everything the computerized voice asks, They say they have reached the maximum amount of calls for the day and to call back. Not to leave my number mind you. But to inconvenience myself again. Just send me back the vacuum or hire adequate staff to deal with your service issues. Are they just trying to wear me out? " The Best Managers Ever ! " I ordered several items on line from my Kohl's account totaling about $165.00. 2 weeks after I ordered, Kohls sent me an email stating that everything had been delivered. But that was incorrect ! Two of my more expensive items I ordered never showed up, and Kohl's still was charging me on my credit card for my orders which did not show up. I had used $20.00 of my Kohl's cash to purchase my orders and Kohl's was not going to give me my kohl's cash back to me. I called Kohl's corporate office several times and nobody seemed to care or knew what they were doing. So I got very upset and took the other items in my order I received back to the Kohl's store. I asked to speak to a Manager at the Beaumont Kohl's store. Kameran Meyer the Store Assistant Manager was so nice as he listened to my story about what happened and how Kohl's took away my Kohl's Cash and messed up my order. Kameran told me that he would reorder all of the items and give me my $20.00 Kohl's Cash back to me. He said he would also give me a Big discount % on my total order price, because of all the trouble I had with Kohl's. Kameran really cared about me ! He did not try to blow me off because he was a manager for Kohl's. He wanted to do the "Right Thing " for me the customer, and was upset that Kohl's had treated me the way they did. I was blown away at how nice Kameran Meyer was to me, and what he did for me. Kameran also gave me his card, phone number and said for me to call him if anything else did not go well. Several days later I received my new order and everything was fine. Several weeks later I went to use my $20.00 Kohl's cash coupon that Kameran gave me for another order, but noticed that it had expired. At the time Kameran gave me the Kohl's cash coupon back, he did not inform me that I would have to use the Kohl's cash that quickly. So I drove down to the Kohl's Beaumont Store and spoke to another assistant manager because Kameran was not there that day. I spoke to Sara Conte the Assistant Store Manager and told her about my detailed story that happened to me. Sara was also so nice, and did not hesitate to take the $20.00 Kohl's cash expired coupon that Kameran had given to me and upgraded it to another valid $20.00 Kohl's cash coupon. Again Sara also really cared about me the customer ! Breecie O'Neal the Store Manager should give both of her Assistant Store Managers Kameran & Sara and award for taking care of their customers, and making their Kohl's store in Beaumont so good. This Kohl's location is my favorite! They seem to have the best clearance selection and prices compared to the Redlands or Mennifee stores. The store is always well organized, very clean, and has friendly customer service. Check out lines are short due to having more cashiers available because of the holidays. On Tuesday I ordered an item on Kohls.com at 0845. I was told that I would be notified in 2 hours that the item was ready. by 1300 I had not heard anything via email. I went to the store I checked my phone ,and my order was not found in the system. When I got to the desk I was told that it was not in the bin. I asked for my $ back due to the confusion. The manager appeared with the item ,and said that there was some hang ups with the website. The experience was alright. There was never an "Sorry " offered. Tried to buy a artificial black Christmas tree after Christmas. It was a floor display. Was told by the clerk it would be for sale after Jan 1st. Then asked the Department person, told them I would like to purchase the floor display, again got the same answer. So come today, Jan 1st, get up early to be the first person in the store, walk back to the area where the tree WAS...nowhere to be found! Looked down other isles, nothing. Asked Customer Service about the tree, she radios a person who says it had a broke limb so they sent it back to the manufacturer. Excuse me...a floor sample with a broke limb sent back after Christmas! What a bloody story! Drove 50 miles...for nothing! Discriminating and poor customer service at its best..had a very bad experience with the workers discriminating on me because of my appearance. The so called security came up to show his presents ( skinny white male dirty blonde hair kind of combed back ) As I know is protocol as I have worked retail for years prior. I was fine with that even noticing he walk a good distance to only speak to me.. I said im fine counting up my items I had a bunch of clearance and was looking to spend a little over $100 on my niece. So he walks away I shop still another 20 min. Was going to use the restroom and was walking up to the lady at the customer service which is right by the restrooms. Another lady comes up and says can I hold those for u at the front . I said yeah thats fine im going to take it all.. I shop 20 min more get a few more items . Go up to pay and say I do have other items that lady there brought them up for me on a hold.. the other lady gets surprised and gets on the phone covered her mouth and started whispering. My cashier says oh we have to get them they put them in a different spot for customer holds... I waited a minute then said if this spot is 5 minutes away that is pretty inconvenient for the customers to have to wait and that defeats the purpose of her trying to help me out and hold them for a quick and easy checkout... then I said yeah I know what is going on you guys took my items and put them back thinking I wasn't going to come up and pay. And thought I was going to steal them.. then go to say they were "on hold" , I can reshop them ect.. I ask where did you put my stuff then . And now the security says oh I seen you rubbing the taggs. ( he came up and interacted with me for 3 seconds and turned away. As I was counting up my total.. so I ask physically seen me tampering with them in the 3 seconds we talked. Or moving them around ripping them off ? How about on camera? Did you check the prices on them? Most was clearance. He then said I was placing clearance stickers on the items.. I told him look at the items all 15 but two are clearance.. and said let's go threw them all go get my stuff im going to pay whatever they scan up for.. or he either go get or reshop it for me. He finally gos and gets my stuff all gets scanned no problem. Not one tagg messed with. All of this holding up the line and embarrassing me by treating me less then a person by the way I look. read more

I was not happy with my visit this week. It's my second time shopping at this store, and each time I've found it poorly staffed. My complaint is the lack of availability of a staffmember when you need help. I had a specific item I was looking for and wanted to talk to someone who knew the layout of the store. Veronica was at the checkout, and she paged someone for me. Fifty minutes later I stumbled across something that would suffice and headed to checkout. On the way there, I finally saw another employee. Overall I was very displeased with my shopping experience. Had someone been available to walk me through the dept I was in I would have been out the door in ten minutes. If my experience is anything to go by, know that you probably wont be able to find anyone to help you. On a positive note, Veronica was very sweet and sorry that no one came to help me. She couldn't leave the register since she was the only one there. I'll give this store a third chance in the future (because of Veronica, and only for that reason), and if it's a better visit next time I'll change my rating. But three strikes and it's out. The Kohls in Beaumont, Ca has become one of my favorite stores. I used to shop the Menifee location often, however, I find the selection at Beaumont better, more organized, and better staffed. Kohls ALWAYS has amazing deals, no matter what time of year, but especially during the holidays. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. There are always people on the floor and great cashiers. I normally never wait in a long line. (except during the holidays). I love Kohls. I would highly recommend getting a Kohls card if possible, you'll save tons. read more

BEWARE of stains and dirty stock!! I typically enjoy shopping here for deals on brands like Nike and Levi's, but what I don't enjoy is coming home and noticing stains on my clothing and shoes after purchase straight from the bag. I recently purchased a pair of all white Keds for in store pick up and I just grabbed them and left without thinking, when I got home the shoes were stained with black marks and yellow stains. They are absolutely horrid, which upsets me when I spend $50 on some canvas shoes. I've had this happen with white T-shirts and other lighter colored items. Please clean up your act and your store! It has deterred me from spending my money here. Always check your stuff before you buy to avoid inconvenience, even though we should not have to do that. read more

This place isn't far from my house. Every time I go in, the staff there are always professional and give good customer service. They're pretty easygoing about helping you out with a coupon when you forget yours at home. The prices are pretty cheap on most clothes. I'm glad we have this place readily available to us. read more
