I stopped in this Marshalls just to check it out. I left with a bag full of fun stuff. First impressions- the store is very clean and organized. The employees were very friendly and the prices are good. Elise assisted me in the cosmetic area and helped me find a diffuser. She was very helpful. While I was shopping in this area in the store, she was constantly helping people find things. She was very polite. She would always say "Miss" when addressing women. You don't get this customer attention in a lot of stores, so I was very impressed with her. Robert checked me out at the cash register. He was also very friendly and carefully wrapped my candles. Although I'm from the San Diego area, I will definitely come back to this Marshalls when I'm in the area. read more

It is a tad bit smaller than other Marshall's stores, but, it doesn't bother me a bit. The store is pretty well organized. I think they aced that part of my checklist. The store chain is notorious for having items scattered and disorganized. I found the store to be easy to navigate. I found no issue with their customer service. The staff was friendly. One thing I am realizing now that I think about it is that they've always asked me if I need help, no matter how short my browsing has been. That's pretty nice. :) I was surprised to find that this location carries both Stance and Happy Socks. My husband loves those sock brands. The price is dramatically lower here than they are if you buy them online or at another store. I found Happy Socks at $1.99 a pair here. They retail elsewhere at about $14-$19 a pair. Same with Stance socks! Here they are only $7.99 a pair. At other stores I've purchased them for about $18-$20 a pair. In browsing, I found a lot of cute home decor. I don't need anything for my house right now, but, if I plan to redecorate in the future, I will definitely be stopping here to look. The home goods are really affordable too. I also like that the store is one door down from Hobby Lobby, because I can compare pricing within minutes. read more

My husband and I stopped in after eating lunch at a nearby restuarant. Our cashier, Kaye, went above and beyond to ensure that we were provided with excellent customer service. It was obvious that she values her customers and wants to provide them with an enjoyable shopping experience. We really appreciated her kind and helpful demeanor. The line was very long (as to be expected after the holidays), however, she treated us like we mattered and did not rush through our transaction. It isn't often that feel obligated to write a review for a large retail company, but the considerable care provided to us today by Kaye a heartfelt "thank you" just didn't feel like it was enough. I will definitely be visiting again soon and hope my next shopping experience is as great as today's. read more

I LOVE the staff here! No matter what day, or what time of day I come in, no matter which employee I encounter, they are always so friendly, upbeat, and helpful. I came in awhile back when they were putting out their Christmas inventory and no joke, I was asked by 5 different employees at 5 different times how I was doing, and if i was finding everything ok, or if I needed help with anything (that's not including the cashier I had who was equally as friendly and helpful as the others). While I didn't come in contact with as many employees today as I did that day, the ones I did were just as pleasant and helpful. While this store is a bit smaller than the other Marshall's I have been to, I actually like it better. Since it is smaller it almost makes you feel like you aren't shopping at a major chain store. It took a little while during the summer for them to get new things in, but I blame that all on covid. Since then they have had plenty of merchandise to choose from. I do agree with the other reviews I've read, and the shoe dept. could be amped up a little. I like to buy shoes for the kiddos here because they grow so fast, but I don't always have the best luck finding sizes here for them. Saving the best for last, lets talk about the wonderful woman who greets you! She is truly the gem and star of this location. If you've been here you know who I'm talking about! I think her name is Karen (I try to look at her nametag but I always have a hard time seeing it) She's got really long hair and is always so upbeat and happy. She does an excellent job of making you feel like you belong here! She is always so sweet to my kids and is truly the icing on the cake! We were coming back from Palm Springs and stopped here to check out Marshall's. They were stocked with a hugh assortment of merchandise that I really didn't expect. My wife found a purse and a table cloth. There you go we went in and looked around a bit and found something. I loved the different bags of candy set up around the front end. Chocolate covered cherries. Also chocolate covered blueberries. I was very surprised with the way the store was stocked. ( very good) read more

Oh yessss Marshall's in Banning Clean Stocked Friendly Most important!!! CASHIERS. YES They have more then 1 or even 2 open at a time. Believe me I love to shop and I'm willing to give my money to these stores but please don't keep me waiting in long lines to do so, cause you l ow what?! I'll walk out and leave the stuff right in that cart. But none of that here at this location. Friendly people the manager even came up to me and asked if I found everything I was looking for. I would have given 5 stars only if they had a larger choice of shoes! A much larger shoe selection is needed here, Oh another thing. They got 4 stars for NOT being obnoxious and yelling welcome to me as I walk into the store and scaring me to death. read more

What a wonderful addition to the Albertsons shopping center! Finally a place to shop in Banning that's worth while! This is a smaller platform but has just the right amount of clothing and home goods to satisfy all!!! The store is clean and well stocked and the staff is super friendly and helpful!! I will definitely be going back!! They have everything you have come to expect at Marshall's and then some. Their home/ food department is great too!! Love all the spices and olive oils that frankly the other grocery stores in the area just don't carry these better quality items. read more

To say there isn't much to do in Beaumont is an understatement. Thankfully they open early and are very helpful to a person like me who had way too much coffee. This store takes time to interact with the customer. That is a big plus ! I really only came to return something. If anything,I wish they would load up the store with more home furnishings. I love this store. I can always find anything I need at a reasonable price. It is well stocked, clean and organized. The health and beauty section has a wide variety of products. Every Marshall's is like the same, yet different. This one is like average size but they always have a lot of options! I know they're supposed to get new stuff like "weekly" but it doesn't seem like it. But since it's fall, they have tons of cute sweaters and it seems like they're getting their shoe section ready for boots/booties! I love this Marshalls! It's fairly new in my city still. If you love affordable & makeup, I highly recommend you look in the cosmetic/beauty/makeup section of the store! Sometimes they have high-end makeup products, but you really have to have a good eye & search well... they have brands like: Ellen Tracy, Bare minerals, Too Faced, Anastasia Beverley Hills, Elf, & Elizabeth Arden.. & of course much more too! read more

As much as I want to love this place because they have a bunch of cool stuff, I can't. It is so uncomfortable shopping here because the place is always a mess. Literally you have to kick stuff out of the way to get through the aisles. No stars!!! I've shopped at Marshals/HomeGoods/TJ Max for years so I'm glad we have a close one but today was my last time shopping at this store. Shopped one a week since they opened and only one item was defective and I removed the tag & threw away the receipt because I liked them but the zipper kept unzipping on the boots while I walked so I tried to get an exchange or store credit... So glad we finally have more shopping in the area! This Marshalls is a bit smaller than most, but I still manage to find a few treasures each time I come in. The employees are super friendly, and definitely add to an enjoyable shopping experience. The only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5: The last couple times I came in, the store seemed a bit messy and unorganized compared to the first few months they were open. Don't get me wrong; it's not like Ross, just needs a bit more attention to detail in beauty and home accessories areas. Also, they really missed the boat on college essentials. Absolutely no Twin XL bedding ( Redlands location had a pretty good selection, but I prefer to spend my $ locally). read more

This is a good store, very clean and organized and the staff was super friendly. I loved the way the staff would come up and just asked how you were and if you needed any thing. The bathrooms were very clean and neat. The kids department was priced very well and had a lot of options. however I did find the woman's dress area extremely small and not a lot of options to choose from.
