Took both my babies to stay in the kennel for and Both of my dogs came home wheezing and coughing one of them was so scared she urinated as soon as she got in the car and then when we got home and she did again when my kid went to touch her like she was scared of being hurt ,,, she has never been like that or done that ,, my other dog was bitten in the face by a German shepherd that stuck its nose threw the fence and bit mine on his nose!!! They never called or let me know until I picked them up,,, definitely should have contacted me as soon as it happened!! it appears to be getting infected not to mention he whimpers when standing up like he was kicked and he is really red on his bottom!!! Highly do not recommend this place!!! I definitely know why they get you to sign the waiver of liability!!! Don't take your dog (family member) here EVER!!!! My girl is a 7&1/2 month old,was taken to the veterinarian doctor on Monday and left with a clean bill of health, took her to this place Tuesday when I picked her up on Saturday she had yellowish/green thick mucus coming out her nose. I went to her veterinarian this morning (Tuesday) and now my girl has pneumonia! Was informed this is contracted from dog to dog. They tried to over charge me when I picked her up! I got 2 different prices for her nail trimming and they tried to say she came in on Monday when it was Tuesday. Then treated my as if I was lying about her check in day (which I wasn't) shotty booking on their part! (Dont trust them, question everything). Took our 2 Cairn Terriers for grooming on Nov.3. Many dogs where being dropped off at the same time as ours. After leaving, my wife gets a call that one of my dogs has a large hole on her back and we needed to go back and pick her up. They stated inflatable that they did not do it! Although she was just fine before going there. She had to have emergency surgery to repair a bite and now has an almost 4" incision across her back along with a large vet bill. Our dogs will never return along with our friends dogs. Owner called me today (Nov 11) saying that it didn't happen at her place of business. She said she had video that would prove it. She said it was 45 sec long, I was there about 10 min. I have a Newfie and a Great Dane, and without hesitation, they gladly accepted my dogs! They have a great daycare where my dogs were allowed to run around all day! Just moved to town last fall and my 14 year old dog was in need of a summer cut. I had requested they not cut the hair on her feet as it is really cute with it long and bushy. They cut her feet anyway and when I asked there was no apology. I was told it would grow back. The cut itself is very choppy and uneven, she has a sore on her belly where they skinned her with the razor. It looks like a homemade job. I won't be going back to this groomer. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Brought my dog in for a groom, they offered the summer cut, and showed me another dog that had it. I told them that's not what I wanted. I wanted something longer, the lady talked about what she could do what would look good and I said I trusted her to make the dog look great. When I picked up the dog, it was essentially a buzz cut, which is apparently the summer cut. I had already paid by the time they brought out my dog, and I had my son with me. So I decided to leave and call back instead of trying to deal with it there, while juggling my son and dog. I call back to let them know I wasn't happy, I had to talk to three different people. The first person listened to my complaint, and then went and found the lady who had checked my dog in. They didn't put me on hold, so I can hear them talking about it in the background. So I speak to the lady from that morning and she tells me her side of the story, and proceeds to argue with me about what I wanted. I can't believe that she would try and argue about it, so I tell her I want to speak with someone else. I speak with the owner, and let her know I'm very frustrated at this point because I didn't expect to have defend myself to everyone that works there, she proceeds to tell me she can check the cameras to verify my conversation with the worker, and that she has to pay her people, and that no one ever complains. At this point I am really mad, I've spent $70 on a service that was done incorrectly, I wasn't calling to get my money back, I wanted an apology, some simple customer service, like having my complaint acknowledged.I didn't want to have to defend myself to the worker and the owner; I didn't like the job they did, I don't feel like they listened to me when I described what I wanted, and they did a poor job describing what the dog would look like. Up to this point I had gotten steadily angrier and frustrated but had not been irate. The owner tells me there's nothing she can do. I let her know that I won't be coming back and it's the worst customer service experience i've ever had. She informs me that i'm the worst customer she's had, that i'm clearly having a bad day with my son and taking it out on them, and frustrated that my wife made me do this, she then hung up. Those are her exact words as I best remember them. I'm not afraid to share that because I know she's in the wrong here. She couldn't handle the possibility of being wrong, or having to own up to how poorly they had handled this whole call; so she shut down went for the ad hominem attack and hung up. Of course I was mad in the conversation, I didn't verbally abuse her or anyone else, I didn't scream at anyone, I was mad and firm about my position. I can say she probably heard a slew of cuss words in between her telling me i'm the worst customer and hanging up. Do they have happy customers? I'm sure like she said most people leave happy. For me worse than the hair cut and their communication before hand, is their problem resolution. I called just to let someone know I was unhappy; I didn't ask to talk to the worker and be put in the position of arguing about our conversation; I didn't want to have that conversation with the owner. I needed someone to listen and apologize; not argue and throw in a few apologies afterwards. They escalated that situation; and their owner took it to the next level by personally attacking me. If you want to a good $70 buzz for your dog, they are your people; don't bother letting them know if you have any issues. Maybe don't bother at all. read more

Took my golden doodle in & asked to cut down 1/2 in. They cut him all the way down to skin & doesnt even look like doodle now. Hate the cut. Also very lethargic, when picked up. I took my 14 year old lab to them today for the first time. What a great place! First, my lab is an oustide dog on a farm, with bladder and bowel control problems (on meds for both); but she STINKS (normally) !!! With winter weather, I have not been able to give her a proper bath. I took her to Dippity Do-Da Dogs and they bathed her, groomed her, cleaned her teeth, clipped her nails, put deoderizer on her, flea dipped her and gave her a bright bandana--all for ONLY $20. They definitely treat your dog right. I will probably never bathe my dog myself again. I'm just going to go there. read more

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I took my 15 week coton de tulear to get his hair "trimmed", nails clipped, ears cleaned.... Normal grooming. I asked that they trim his hair about half of what it was. When I picked him up and got home, he was trimmed down to about a half inch and the most chopped up cut I've ever seen. I have a 10 year old schnauzer so I am well versed in what a cut should look like. When I called, they blamed me because I told them, against their advise, that I wanted him cut like that and that it was his hair that cased the cut to be choppy. I was told that all the groomers had discussed how chopped up it looked. I asked why no one explained it to me and was told "well you asked for it cut and that is what happens when people with dogs whose hair is supposed to be long want it cut". I was appalled that they would blame me and the dog for their ineptitude. We got off the phone and within 15 min she called me back just to say that she believed the front desk person in that she tried to talk me out of the cut . I asked why she was calling me back. She said because I said they don't communicate . Inever asked for his hair to be chopped to bits. In addition, the lady before me was picking her dogs up from being boarded and when she asked for the special food she had brought, they gave her an empty bag. She looked at me and said there should have been food left and she was concerned that they may have fed her dog different good if it ran out and now her dog would be sick!!!! Be very careful people! I had first taken my dog Oliver to another place close by for a bath and cut and it was ok, the place was run down and I feel off the odd shaped porch steps. They laughed and said many have fallen because of the odd height of the steps, I was bleeding? I took my dog to Dippity Do-Da Dogs and happiness and kindness was the atmosphere. My dog was not afraid, when my car broke down and my dog had to stay the night they ask many questions about his food, etc. they really love animals and it shows, the price was the same. Bad service. They cut my dog under his arms and on his tail and didn't bother to tell me. The owner was rude and overcharged me.

I would like to rate it lower if I could. First, don't waste your time leaving a review on their advertisement web site. They claim to have 5 of 5 with 80+ customers. I have left a post numerous times and so have many other customers. They NEVER SHOWED UP.it appears they only post the favorable reviews. First, I was told by the Georgia Association of accreditation and was told that they were NOT ACCREDITED. My horrible appointment began with me taking my daughter's Great Pyrenees puppy in to be groomed. She was 11 months,old, very playful, very large and strong. When we picked up, the dog could hardly walk. She wobbled and was extremely lethargic. She would not eat or drink or play and was dead the next day. She had just received a perfect checkup at the vet 2 weeks prior. I went in and tried to talk to someone to find out what happdned. The owner was not available and I was told by a young girl who tried to tell me she was the one who groomed her on a small table, alone. She was two x as big as the table and it would be impossible for one large person to handle the puppy alone. I went back numerous times and called too. No body would talk to me or answer questions. They refused to even return or take calls. Unfortunately, I have heard from others who have been the owners of dogs who left in the same wobbly, state. Be very careful.
