    DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE! If there was a negative star rating that is what they would get. We rented a golf cart from them for the whole day. The golf cart broke down with us after a few hours. They came to pick us up almost an hour later. When we got back to the place we witness one customer getting cussed out by a lady who worked there. They apparently were trying to charge her $1000 for a speaker, which they said she broke. I thought that to be odd, but we still carried on our way. They issued us another golf cart and we left. WELP...the day we get home from our vacation they sent us a bill through text message. A bill which they had written up saying we owed them over $2200 for a rear end to be fixed. They took the deposit that we had to give them. Then we get a letter in the mail. They apparently know as much about writing as they do about running a great business. We are having our attorney to handle this matter. From the look of it this place shouldn't be allowed to have a business licenses. I feel sorry for the people who have fallen victim to their scams.

    Apparently standard practice.  Settle out so the lawsuit is minimally publicized.

    Please protect yourself. Take before and after pictures of whatever you are renting. You will be charged for damages that are standard wear and tear. There are five local business's in this chain. I would stay away from all of them.

    These are the lies they told our credit card co. We were NEVER asked about the manual and the contract did not say ANYTHING about manual

    Terrible service, ripped me off $300 for a scratch on the scooter I rented. Wouldn't advise anyone ever using this place.

    I am very upset with the events that has taken place with one of your vendors at 8500 Thomas Dr…read more i rented an 8 seater golf cart in good faith only to be accused of running over curbs on Spygrass Dr (which there are not any) and tearing the rear end out of the golf cart. The cart was not running right to begin with but due to the fact i had never driven that particular cart i thought it was just me! I drove it from the Thomas St location back to our rental house at 5113 Beach Rd and then to Wonder World and back to house. It was then driven up Thomas St and back to the house. The next morning i proceeded to go find other family members in the other cart we had rented and as i got to the end of Spygrass Dr i put it in reverse and backed up and then in forward and pulled up and had to back up again and then put back in forward and at that point it would not move. A man working on the house at the end of the street called the number on the cart and proceeded to tell them what was happening and they hug up on him. I tried calling them 15 more times and never could get the calls to go through. We finally called another number and told them what had happened and they sent someone to pick it up. Charlie J called someone and they told him he would need to speak to someone else and that person would call him back. He asked me to come back 30 minutes to an hour. This was around 10:30. We were in town for a family vacation and to watch my great nephew play in the 9U World Series baseball tournament. We had to be back at the ball field at 3 so i waited until 1 to go back by and i was then told he still had not heard from anyone. While at the ballgame i received a text with a bill for $2650 attached. After the game i go back to see Charlie J and he tells me that me or someone stripped the gears on the golf cart! I told him that golf carts do not have gears to be shifted manually!!! He then hands me a card and told me to call or go to the location at 292 Powell Adam's Road. I go to that location, we waited for some blonde to show up and she walks in, never stays a word to any of us, grabs my rental agreement and walks back out the door. We are still waiting and she comes back in, still never acknowledged us, goes to a computer gets on the phone with someone and continued with phone conversation trying to locate GPS footage to prove to me that we tore the rear end out of this golf cart. We went with this for 5-10 minutes and then wanted my email address so they could email me the footage the next day! I threw the marker on the counter and it hit her in the face and things went from bad to worse! All i wanted was my $150 deposit back and some of the rental back and all i got was a bill for $2650 that i will not be paying! This company needs to be shut down! They are bad for your town! I left today 6/22/25 with a very unhappy visit to Panama City Beach. I will be contacting an attorney and file a civil lawsuit against them and try to get the others they have done the same thing to to file with me. THIS SO CALL BUSINESS IS NO GOOD FOR YOUR TOWN!!!!

Turn it in and was told the lamp light was missing. In all honesty, it was but it was not securely attached in my opinion and fell off due to the bumpy road. Was charged my deposit of $100. Attached are the pics of the missing light and what the light looks like on another golf cart. Seems like their secondary business is trying to get the deposit from you. Guy in front of me was charged $180 for a scout on the bumper off the Slingshot he rented.

There was one time when We got a Flat tire for some reason, Rick & His Team sent out a Replacement Cycle for us in a Very short time while we had our lunch at one of the Local spots.     Poor Experience with Outlaw Rentals - Would Not Recommend…read more I rented a 4-seater golf cart from Outlaw Rentals on Monday at 4:45 PM. I parked it in the designated spot as directed by an employee and left briefly to pick up my family from the airport. When I returned about 90 minutes later to drive the cart to our beach house, I found it had been locked up. I tried calling the company multiple times but received no response. The next morning, I visited the rental office and discovered that the original cart I rented had already been re-rented to someone else. The employee gave me a 6-seater cart as a replacement. Later that day (Tuesday), I drove it to the grocery store after dropping off my husband--who recently had knee replacement surgery--and our son at the beach. The plan was to do a quick shopping trip and return to pick up my husband. Unfortunately, the second cart broke down on Highway 395 near Publix. The motor was running, but after a loud cracking sound, the cart stopped moving entirely--no forward or reverse. Again, I called and texted the company, and again, no response. Police ended up pushing the cart to the side of the road. My husband and son had to walk back to our house, get the car, and pick me up. That was night two without a working golf cart. On Day 3, I finally received a call from the company offering to bring a third cart--free of charge, which frankly felt like the bare minimum. We didn't receive the new cart until 1 PM that afternoon. Then on Day 4, I received three voicemails and two texts from Outlaw Rentals claiming I was not allowed to have a golf cart in Sea Crest and needed to return it immediately. The problem? We were never in Sea Crest. It turns out the company failed to remove my information from the first cart they re-rented after locking it up--leading to this confusion. ***Throughout this experience, I contacted management twice to request a credit for at least the two days we were left without a usable cart. No one responded, and no compensation was offered. This entire experience reflected extremely poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I urge anyone considering a rental to read the reviews first. Based on what I experienced, I don't see how this company can sustain itself with such unprofessional practices and disregard for customers. Janet T
