He didn't know how to make them super square either..... I chopped it up as him trying and gave one more chance..... second chance, made my nails crooked again and laughed that "it can't be perfect!" lol for $65 dollars it needs to be the way I like!!!!! Then he filled them..... he didn't even fill the nail correctly and there was a huge dip making my nail look like a duck! At this point I was already late...... I stopped in today since I wanted a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The place was offering 15% Mon-Thurs right now. Classy pedicure is $32 & gel manicure for $30. You should pay attention to what they charge you since they tried charging me for removal of polish which I had none. With the discount, it's worth a try. I haven't priced pedicures in awhile but that did seem a bit higher then other places. I also asked for oval/rounded nails and they were a bit too pointy for me. He was able to fix it for me. I had the guy for my gel and the lady for my pedicure. I think the lady did my pedicure much better and I'm pleasantly happy with it. I've been coming to this spot since it opened up last year, prior to their change in management. I had a good experience beforehand. With their new management, I have an even better experience, not sure what changed but the attitudes of the employees is also different. The vibe is more upbeat in the salon and they're quick in finding you someone to service you. They take their cleaning very serious, which I appreciate because my feet are prone to infections unfortunately. Since coming here I stopped getting ingrown nail infections and my polish last a while. If you need a pedicure ask for Susan! She is THE BOMB! She's very careful in how she does her work. I decided to call this place and give them a try since my regular spot is always booked and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I called first and a nice gentleman answered and told me just to go straight there because they could take me in. The moment I walked in they were very welcoming and sat me down. Then he goes to the back and brings out an elderly woman, I freaked out! Not wanting to be rude I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The chairs are amazing, but unfortunately, my pedicure was not. For one she was not scrubbing enough after I paid extra for callous removal and when she was clipping my nails I could tell she was struggling. She kept telling me not to move (I was stiff like a stone) and sure enough when she clipped my toenail I even told her "Be careful and be sure it's fine" doubt she understood. The nail polish was nice but the moment I got home and checked my feet, they felt so dry and one toe nail just didn't feel right. It's been two days now and I'm in pain and so upset for not waiting for my regular spot to squeeze me in. Today has been ONE week since I went to Classy Nails. I got a pedicure and set of Gel X. Pedicure was fine nothing special. My issue is with my Gel X set. It was Jenny who did them and she started off nice enough. But toward the end of my service started to get pushy. She was not even finished yet when she said "how do you plan on paying" I let her know whatever works for them, I could do. She then said "well how do you plan on tipping?" I again said with whatever form of payment I end up using. She then said "send me my tip directly" then proceeds to pull up her ticket book which has her name and phone number written across. I let her know I would once the service was done. She then proceeded to do my nails then goes "is that good enough?" At the point I'm feeling uncomfortable but just say "sure" I go and pay and yes I send her, her tip directly. The nails looked mid at best. You can clearly see the sides do not actually fit my nails, but I'm over it at this point. Thursday night my ring finger nail pops off. I think weird but things happen. I go in on Friday and the owner apologized and fixed it. Not a big deal things happen, I move on. Then my left pinky nail pops off on Friday night. I'm upset. This is the second nail in the matter of a few days. I go in Saturday and the receptionist guy has the audacity to tell me "it happens, not a big deal... if you get a pedicure then your nails would stay on" HOW ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE A JOKE AND TRY TO UPSELL ME ON ANOTHER SERVICE WHEN THIS ONE WAS SO POORLY DONE. I tell him "I did get a pedicure on Tuesday when I got this set done" he goes silent. The owner proceeds to fix my nail yet again. She even states "I'm sorry you are wasting your time coming in again" I agree with her. She then says "but all the glue looks good and the nails do too, this shouldn't be happening" I point out they don't even fit my nails correctly then she says "you have small natural nails" how does this effect anything? Other salons have done it with no issues. At this point I'm upset with the lack of customer service on top of the already poorly done nails. I tell the owner about Jenny and the tip comments. She said "I'm sorry I will talk to her" walks me to the door just to say "I will see you in 2 weeks!" Well here we are a week after the service and guess what?! A third nail popped off last night. At this point I'm not even bothering to get it fixed. I will NEVER return. I should also note this is the second full set of Gel X I got with them and the first one the set started to popped off after 1.5 weeks but I was using my hands a lot of training at work so I excused it as that. Clearly this is an issue with the salon not performing the service correctly. read more

I genuinely was not going to take the effort to write a review here but I just got back from the doctor's office where I was prescribed a round of antibiotics for a nail infection. I have never had a more terrible experience getting a manicure than I did the last time I visited classy nail polish. I got a manicurist who I had never seen before and my first red flag was when she didn't know how to do ombré nails. I didn't think much of it in the moment and just said that I'd do something else but her lack of skill kept showing through the process. I'm not a confrontational person but I literally had to ask her at the end if "this was really it" because it "looked awful." I ended up telling Tony, another manicurist there, that I would not be paying for my service. I was going to leave it at that but she had also cut my nail bed very deeply. Again things happen, and it's not the first time I've got a cut during a manicure but it's what happened afterward. I experienced terrible swelling, redness, pus underneath my nail. I don't think they sanitize their products at all based off my doctors advice on how these infections happen. I'm genuinely in so much pain now and I never thought a manicure would lead to something like this. Tanya, the manager, did a great job on my nails the first time I went. The second time, she wasn't there and I thought I could expect the same from anybody who worked there. But I absolutely can't imagine giving this place another chance based on my last experience. I genuinely would avoid this place at all costs. I hope they figure their stuff out because the salon they replaced did such a better job. read more

I got a French tip (they charge $7 or so for that) for the first time so I'm not sure if they're really good.
