I just started going to Haley after decades of ugly neck hair growth. The first waxing was unbelievable and I was skeptical. I shouldn't have been. My neck and ears responded very well and I am beyond happy with the results of my second waxing. Haley's work,professionalism and demeanor made this a positive experience for me. Had an appointment with Haley and canceled well in advance of 24 hours due to Covid. Emailed and called and left a voice mail asking her to cclll me. Instead received a cancellation email and 27.50 cancellation charge. No empathy, no conversation, no chance to reschedule, no nothing. Thanks Haley and this non- customer-focused establishment. I'm a retired waxer and spray tan artist so all I'm going to say is I'm pretty picky when it comes down to these two services. I always analyze every move the artist makes as well as product quality and cleanliness. I was more than happy with Hayley's service, quality of products, and cleanliness! I don't think a lot of people understand how hard it is to run a business when people cancel last minute or show up late to an appointment. So I completely understand and agree with her cancellation and late policy. It is very similar to other small business alike. Aside from all of that Hayley is so sweet! I've only ever had spray tans and Brazilian waxes by Hayley, and again having a lot of experience in those services. I was more than impressed on her waxing technique, style, and result. It was as painless as a Brazilian could be! She also took the time to tweeze almost every left over hair. (due to my lack of skincare to prepare for a wax) I also have sensitive skin and can get ingrown hairs pretty easily and since seeing her had never had ONE! So impressed and pleased. Now onto her tans, I'm always nervous about using different solutions but man whatever she uses was PERFECT! She talked with me about the different solutions and educated me on why she wanted to use specific solutions. It was one of the most natural tans I think I've ever had!! I love that she took the time to explain each service I was getting along with after care, specially for any intimate / intimidating services. I've been meaning to write this review. Love love loved my spray tan. The owner was so sweet and knowledgeable. I did the two hour rapid dry for an event and wow did it look perfect. It wasn't spotty or streaky. When it wore off it didn't wear off patchy, which I have never experienced. Very natural tan! And that's hard to get because of the fact that I'm so pale lol I don't get spray tans very often but when I want other, I will be going here. read more

As a guy the decision to find someone to trust to wax you is kinda daunting but Haley was welcoming and understanding at my apprehension. So happy with the job Sher did. Her shop was clean and She was very professional asking me how I was doing through the process and making sure I did not feel a thing while micro blading my eyebrows. Sher was also very through in making sure I liked the shaped and made sure she measured my eyebrows out before she began. I also took a test to make sure the color she used would look good on my skin tone. It has been very easy to care for them while they are healing. I am so happy I can wake up and go and not have to worry about spending hours drawing my eyebrows on every morning.
