I explained the marks weren't there when I dropped them off, they said ok and sent them out again. Picked them up the second time and the marks were still there. I asked to leave a note for the owner requesting that he call me. I gave him 2.5 weeks and never received a phone call. I picked up the suits again and still white streaks all over them. I don't understand how a dry cleaner can make your clothes worse than when you dropped them off and what kind of an owner doesn't care at all about customer service or quality. Never going here again. Oh and the third time when I asked to leave a note for the owner the woman at the counter was very rude to me, argued with me that this was not bad business and my clothes were not ruined.

In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). In any case, I would use them again for cleaning and for alterations. Big, shared parking lot in front.
