Pro: she was available soon as we called and due to the urgent need of our situation. It was great to have someone available. Con: not sure if she was nervous, or trying to relate, but her comments during the signing was super inappropriate. It made the transaction uncomfortable and if not for the urgent need we would have both got up and walked out. The title company provided the notary that would be coming to the house. Claudia was punctual, professional and took great care to ensure that we had copies of all of the paperwork. Everything was high tech, such as no more pesky ink on your thumb, all was done on a tablet since she had an electronic notary journal. There was a slight issue after the signing, no fault of her own, just a small detail that the out of state title company needed. Claudia called and explained it and let me know what was needed to resolve the issue. The whole process was easy and I am glad that the title company connected us for her services. If ever I need a notary in the future, I will be reaching out to her. By the way..... love the pen that you provided. I am a pen fanatic and have tried out soooo many pens.
