Paper work was a breeze, and there was a quick free consultation at the beginning of the session so we could talk about what type of lashes I wanted and what my expectations were. The room was extremely comfortable and the bed was even heated! Almost fell asleep with how comfortable I was. Theresa was so friendly and professional, she made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the session and kept up great conversation. She walked me through the entire process of doing my lashes so I understood what was happening the entire time, and would let me know exactly what she was doing. At the end of the session I was extremely pleased with my results, and she even let me know that she would include my lash information into my chart so that next time I come even if I have a new technician they would know what size rods to use and how much time to leave it on, etc. Overall extremely satisfied and will be returning!

I swipe, walked out. My friend went back in there and said that this isn't right and told me that a manger/supervisor will be giving me a call next day. Believe it was the manager giving me call the next day to ONLY discuss the way the lashes came out but that the owner will be give me a call later that day the discuss the pricing issue. I never received that call. Overall, my tech was very nice however I truly don't know what style lashes I got nor what all I paid for.
