They right away called me and said they could only find tow trucks out of town to came and told me that I was going to have to pay $100.00 Dollars extra for them to come after cussing them out I hung up on them. I called my local office that I deal with and they told me to call my own tow service and they will reimburse me. So my question is why do we have tow on our insurance if they are still having me pay for it. Stay away from them they don't honor what you pay every month for. I'm going elsewhere for my insurance.
