If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! My daughter and I walked in on a busy afternoon after having a botched experience at another salon. My daughter was in a wedding and she desperately needed a redo on her nails. Despite being booked, they immediately put her in a chair and fixed everything. And then Kai squeezed me in for a mani/pedi that night. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of - even insisting on fixing my daughter's pedicure after my appointment. Rivals any other big bal salon with higher prices . They are cash only and I didn't realize that until I saw the sign upon walking in- they were nice enough to let me go after the appointment across the street to the atm. On the Cape for vacation and made an appointment for a manicure for my daughter and I. She's 4 and it was her first ever real manicure! The staff treated her very well and were very patient with her and very kind. They offered to do some little flower designs on her nails which turned out so cute. My mani came out great as well. Wow! We had the most luxurious experience at the Fit Nail Bar this Sunday evening. Apparently, many nail salons on the cape are not open on Sunday, at least not in December. So we were grateful when we called this morning athey had two appointments at 3pm. Then when we thought we couldn't make it on time, they accommodated us and rescheduled us for 4:30. The salon is bright and clean with dozens of colors and nail options. The massage chairs are super comfortable, clean with they have a wide range of therapeutic options. Best of all, our technicians, Kade and Kenny were great; very engaging and they checked in with us often to make sure we were comfortable with each process. Easily the best nail salon I've ever been to! I went for a dip manicure twice and each time I got amazing results. They have so many options for dip (+chrome and designs too!). They usually run about 10-15 minutes behind but the results are so good and they pay so much attention to detail I'll easily take it! They book up very fast in the summer but are amazing about working with you if you'd like to try something. They are cash/check only. They do not have an ATM at their store but there is a TD bank up the street that's easily accessible. read more

Got a gel dip manicure today and had a great experience! Olivia who did my nails did a great job and was so kind and accommodating. The color I liked was sheer so she offered to do a coat of white as a base to make it pop. Great customer service! They also will actually let you know if they are too busy to take you and let you know the soonest they can take you, rather than saying they can just to have you sit and wait for 30 minutes. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I called to find out if an appointment was necessary and how much a dip manicure cost. I was told I could make an appointment but I could also walk in and a dip MANICURE was $45. On Sunday I attempted a walk in service and was turned away stating I needed an appointment. Tonight I went for my appointment and the whole experience was awful. The worst part was when I went to pay at this cash only business and was told it would be $55. When I questioned it the employee started arguing with me, in front of other customers in the salon, saying it is because I had "long nails" not tips mind you my own long nails that he had to cut and old dip on. I have never heard of such a thing. I was trying this place out due to my regular salon taking a vacation but I will never be back. Also I would like to know why the customer sitting next to me who also had to have previous dip removed and had fake nails put on why she was only charged $55. I do not believe this salon likes new customers or tries to charge them extra because they are new. Do not go here! I am going to make sure all of my friends and family don't go here. Edited to address their response: No other salon charges for cutting someone's nails as part of a manicure. So when I call and ask how much a dip manicure is you should have informed of the up charges. Also when I was in person on Sunday making this appointment the guy saw my nails saw that I had dip on and long nails and never informed me of the up charge. You didn't say the up charge on the cutting of the nails was due to "special shape" you said it was because they were long. However if you remember correctly I asked for round and you suggested oval with again no mention of an extra charge. I'm not sure why you want me to post a picture of my nails for "proof" since I never complained about the outcome of my nails? Lastly, you were arguing In fact you told me I could go somewhere else if I didn't like the price. I 100% stand behind this review. I got my wedding nails done here and they were so kind to accommodate my family members, even getting a third technician for the morning to help with my crew of 6!
