We love coming to this place, yes it's part of a chain and there are so many in the valley now; but this was the first one we ever visited so there is some nostalgia here. The amount of options in terms of ice cream and other desserts, shakes, etc. is kind of overwhelming. But there is something for everyone to enjoy. The service is great and despite the fact that it can be busy it's well worth the stop if you're in the area. We love the ambiance here is it is perfect for families to enjoy and all colors on the decor make it feel very inviting and special. A nice treat for sure. read more

I purchased a snow cone, however, this snow cone wasn't your typical snow cone. The ice was not soft ice, very hard and difficult to penetrate with straw. Also, the ice did not blend well with the heavy syrup that they use. The syrup was too thick and caramelized, felt as I was drinking pure melted sugar. The cup was not cleaned properly from the outside and was very sticky. I took 2 trys of this horrible snow cone and determined right away that I did not want to consume this, therefore, I threw it away. This place has the worst customer service. We're not from around here and wanted to try what they had. As soon as we walked in, they wanted to take our order right away without giving us a chance to look at their menu. Nobody was even behind us in line. So what's the rush? They had so many things to choose from and every few seconds within the first three minutes that we were there, we were asked at least 5 times if we were ready. When I asked her to us a minute they looked at each other and both rolled their eyes. The staffs here are impatient, unprofessional, and childish. They need to go through some kind of training. After a few minutes of us being there, a few guys came in and they started acting nice and flirty. These three gals were acting like little "pick me's". Sad. I will start off with cons. I don't like that the music is a little too loud. There is a menu but no prices so I don't know how much anything is until the end when I pay. They didn't give me a receipt. Also I didn't see anyone come around and wipe down the tables. The pros of this place. I like that they are fast to help you and check you out. There are certain areas in the restaurant to take picfor fun. There is also two restrooms.My kids and I loved what we got and we will come again to try more items. read more

A new addition to Delano and I couldn't be any more happy! This place has been busy since it's opened and that's awesome. It's super vibrant, busy and workers are very friendly. It is a bit too loud in there with the music so along with wearing masks, you're going to have to yell to tell them your order. There's a great variety of ice creams, drinks, and chips goodies. Our service was great and the girl was super patient in answering my questions about the flavors. There was a line at the point we were ready to pay and our ice creams were on the tray just sitting there by the register while we waited so it was slightly melted by the time we got to pay. Again, hopefully they figure out a better system to fix that. With quarantine happening, I do hope they enforce the WEAR A MASK there because upon going last night, not everyone were wearing masks. I also didn't see employees making efforts to wiping down the counters and tables. Hopefully they work better at that especially with everything going on. I wish I took pictures of what we bought but we inhaled our ice creams and elotes with hot Cheetos. It was really good!! Although, my bf wasn't a fan of the pistachio and fruity pebbles paletas. My Oreo cookie paletas was really good!!! Definitely would love to come back and support our fellow local businesses here in town! read more

Went in on Monday night the line was pretty long but was moving fast. Once we got to the front I was helped out by Jocelyn! Such a sweetheart! Awesome customer service from her. She was willing and ready to answer any questions I had with no hesitation and without being frustrated by the questions :) thank you Jocelyn for a great experience! The fresas con crema delicious! esquite- Bomb! Paletas! My kid and husband finished a box of 13 in 3 days. Once again shout out to Jocelyn!! Only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars. People were sitting at the tables enjoying their snacks but no one was wiping tables off as they left. Placed an order over the phone and when I got there, they told me to wait in line place an order. (3 people ahead of me) I explained to them that I had already placed an order on the phone. She seemed confused. When it was my turn, I told them again that I placed an order over the phone, they finally understood after twice of explaining. So why do they take orders over the phone if you can't just go to the register and pay. Needs better customer service as well. read more

Their products like natural lolipops and natural flavor water are good, but customer service needs improvement. Often times they get my order wrong when ordering water. After winning a prize from their wheel, I waited over 15 minutes to get my free order. During my wait, the workers did not ask if I needed assistance. The workers are friendly, but they are slow to make orders. Workers need to be attentive to customers to see if someone needs help. The music is a little loud and could use more variety like Rock music to mix things up. The quality of the lolipops like cajeta has gone down. read more

Its an okay place its a little pricey and they don't have prices up whatsoever .. Super hot inside AC wasn't on i guess and it got hot with sooo many people inside .. the music was too loud .. Some of the girls there were dancing to the music instead of taking orders .. And the way you wait for your order with it even being ready is ridiculous by the time i got to the register my ice creams were melted and the fresas con crema with no tapadera and the lady still had the audacity to ask if i wanted a lid no shit duhhh of course i want a lid nimodo que me lo lleve asi and the cups todos chorriados no mames the workers no podian agarrar un pinche trapo para limpiar el vaso .. The hot cheeto esquite was gross half my cup had water from the corn no se molestaron en estilar el elote and small ass cup for 6 bucks .. We also got a mangoniada and yes it was melting con la pinche calor que hacia adentro y esperar mas tiempo even tho my order waz ready ..
