Kept seeing a segment about this place on News12, wanted to check it out but since I don't have kids I didn't want to go when it's crowded and I'm by myself. I went in today since everyone's back at school and the place was empty. It's lined with claw machines as well as arcade machines that you can find at Dave and Busters. I rarely go to places like this, so I can't compare the pricing however in my opinion it did seem more on the expensive side. I did see a few claw machines that I'd like to try if I have time to do more than just browse.

I've been to many claw machine places and this one is the worst. The employees here look like they hate working here. The first employee I encountered was a girl that was by the spinning wheel. She did not greet me or even say anything until I approached her about buying a card and credits. She didn't not smile and looked like she hated people. I ended up buying some credits and a new card. I was charged extra for using a credit card, which was not disclosed to me prior to paying. This is illegal. The employee did not even bother to explain anything or disclose anything. Okay so now to actually trying to enjoy the arcade with my kids. This place is much smaller than the other arcades. Its also much more expensive. They have 2 prices which I noticed one was for membership pricing and the other for regular pricing. Which of course was not disclosed. I asked another employee if he could kindly rearrange a machine because it was hard to claw. Again no smile or acknowledgement even though he did rearrange it. There were gaming machines, but not a lot of offering. Most were taken so we had to wait. The pro is that its inside Roosevelt Field Mall so if you want a break from shopping with the kids you can come here. Also parking is not bad. Honestly I would not come back.

This is a cool spot! I've use the Groupon a for the arcade and purchase points for the claws. My kids love coming here! We always get plushies!! lol

It wasn't too bad for a Saturday afternoon. Fun place and seemed pretty clean. Will be back soon

I booked a birthday party here for my 10 year old on a Thursday afternoon. Packages include arcade time and claws. The food and drinks included in package was plentiful and delicious. Arcade games: a sizable arcade with a great variety of games! Claw machines: lots of variety of stuffies, big, small, girls and boys. Machines also were not hard to win stuffies, most kids went home with quite a few! Now onto service: There was a hiccup from the party. Once the manager Jason and assistant manager Grace was made aware, I have to say the way they handled the situation truly impressed me. From the moment I reached out with my concerns, they responded quickly, listened carefully, and took full accountability. They made it clear that customer care is a top priority. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they went above and beyond to make things right--showing genuine care for our experience and ensuring the kids still had a wonderful time. I truly appreciate the follow-up and personal touch. We will absolutely be back and recommend them to other families. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that really matters. Thank you again!

We had a great time at Clawcade. I purchased a Groupon for 1 hour of unlimited time for a family of 4 so we really made the most of it . The boys genuinely enjoyed them selfs .

My 6 yo had a lot of fun. It wasn't cheap, but a worker helped him win a prize. Super nice employees. Clean machines. Fun prizes for kids.

I had about 50 guests and we rented the Billiards section & bowling area along with public access to the game arcade. We had their meal package of 5 apps + added the nachos bar. We also paid a bar tab + provided arcade game cards for our guests who wanted to play. It was honestly an amazing party. It was great to have a home base of billiards/bowling which is a quieter section, after being in and out of the arcade. Many people were impressed with the food. The areas were spacious & clean. Drinks were great as well. Karen, the events manager is amazing. She understood me and my vision for my son's party. She always responded extremely fast via email with great details. Owen, the manager of the party was fantastic- always present and everything I needed was easy for him to help with. If you have a party, request Si for your bar- he's super friendly and a great bartender. The server we had was so attentive and kind, her name was Marina, and she helped keep my party on schedule and everything was so neat & tidy. At first I was hesitant to have a summer birthday indoors at a game arcade with mostly adult guests. It was the best decision to do this. Adults had a blast, so did the few kids. I highly recommend Dave & Busters for your next event.

The whole process was easy from start to finish, which made a big difference for us as parents trying to juggle everything. The staff was organized, helpful, and genuinely good with the kids. They kept things moving, made sure everyone was included, and handled all the logistics so we could actually enjoy the party instead of managing it. That alone was worth it. The atmosphere is perfect for kids--fun, energetic, and just the right amount of chaos without feeling overwhelming. The mini golf course itself was a hit, and the arcade games gave the kids even more to do. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt like the value matched the experience. If you're looking for a stress-free birthday party option where the kids will have a blast, this is definitely a great choice. We'd absolutely consider coming back for another party.

Omg I love this place…read more My best-friends birthday party was so cool for many reasons including but not limited to all the unique, easy to use, functioning retro arcade games, basketball hoop games, foosball, skeeball, RACE CARS, and they even cater to current movie themes like Jurassic Park amongst others. As far as the decor, I can't even say enough wonderful things about it... all the furniture, tables, chairs etc were completely beautiful and well kept as if we were the only people who had ever used them before. She got so many compliments- not just from guests at the party, but also from people on social media who were so excited to see the photos from hearing guests who attended completely raving about the aesthetic of the party- they actually thought she hired a interior party decorator, haha! And don't even get me started about the custom, personalized banners they make. She felt so special and that made us so happy and appreciative. This is THE place to go for any and all party throwing needs. I'm seriously considering hiring them for my birthday bash this year because their products are perfect for any age and are willing to work with you. I'm so happy I got recommended to Great Neck Games..they finessed my best friends party to a T! It's safe to say they not only talk the talk, but they sure walked the walk.

It is a long review, but if you are planning an event, I urge you to read this until the end…read more Planning my son's Bar Mitzvah was a daunting task. The expense and amount that needed to be done was overwhelming and I needed to figure out a way to rein it in. Hiring a DJ for a Bar Mitzvah is a must, but it isn't as simple as that. The company is also responsible for providing the rest of the kids activities and, most importantly, keeping the party entertaining and flowing. Having recently moved to Connecticut and not put on an affair like this in over two decades since my wedding, I had no idea who to go to and how to keep in manageable. Also, living in CT and never having lived on Long Island, I obviously had no awareness of Great Neck Games. Randomly, an acquaintance at my Synagogue mentioned them in passing. It was honestly the greatest thing that happened to me in planning the event. Although, I am not saying it was cheap in any way, they worked with me on price and activities in order to keep the cost manageable. But, honestly, I still had no idea what to expect day of and how it would all actually take shape. The low hanging fruit was all done flawlessly. Everything that we ordered was delivered and the room looked beautiful. But, it was the little things and the people that made this event so much better than a run-of-the-mill Bar Mitzvah (see below for two of many amazing photos). Everyone was so happy and had such a great time and I credit DJ Keith Webb along with (I wish I knew their names) the MC and motivators. Keith was so much more than just a DJ. We had a separate room for the adults and he brought a speaker and playlist so they had music in that room. There was no charge for this as he just wanted to help make the event a success. He helped me negotiate the price on a couple of things we needed last minute to keep us within budget. He had a smile on his face the entire time that could fill the room. I am so grateful to him and wish I had the ability to hire him time and again. And, the MC...don't get me started on how great he was. I feel bad that I still don't know his name, but as you can imagine the day was a whirlwind and there was lots going on. He was simply special. He made every kid and adult feel like it was their day as well. But, he especially made my son feel like he should at a party of this magnitude. The motivators, two beautiful and talented women, were equally responsible for making both kids and adults feel engaged, happy and special. They were perfect. I am going to cut this here as it is crazy long, but I cannot thank Great Neck Games enough for what they did. I didn't want to put on such an expensive affair, but they did something I didn't think was possible - made me happy I did it. And, they truly deserve a large share of the credit.

We paid $26 for 2 hours open play which included a $11 game card - however, that card got us barely any games and I knew instantly if I didn't slow things down we were going to be done with this place in less than a halfhour. We dragged out some time on the indoor playground which definitely had some nice climbing areas and slides.. but before you know it, we're back at the games! We still had fun though especially due to the playground but on a summer day I was thinking eh maybe we should have just gone to a park's playground if this was going to be the best part.. Our favorite game was a unique skeeball one they had and the claw machine. The bounce house was fine it was nice it had a basketball hoop but not much more than that. They had a toddler section with toys but my 5 year old daughter seemed a little old for it or had a lot of those toys- definitely good for younger ones though like siblings. I wasn't a fan of everyone having to take their shoes off.. especially adults I would have figured could keep them on. I'm guessing they would make you buy socks if you didn't bring any due to sandals. At least they had cubbies. I feel like I could see a birthday party being fun here so maybe that would be a different perspective. When we went, it happened to be us and just 2 other families so it was pretty quiet. Oh speaking of parties.. it took awhile for us to finally be able to book here for open play because we were always looking for a weekend and usually they reserve morning blocks for parties (leaving open play times like late afternoon 3/4/5pm. We were hoping for earlier slots to open up at some point but no luck. It is nice that this place is located in the town of Bellmore so you can walk to other places within the town before/after for food, coffee, even a movie, etc.

I walked into a building where bowling, pool tables, ping pong, karaoke rooms, rhythm games, claw machines, and pinball all occupy different sections of the floor, and the energy in the space was consistent from the moment I arrived. The arcade is the strongest part of the offering, and this location carries imported games from Japan that I do not find at most American arcades. That is a meaningful distinction for rhythm game players and anyone familiar with the Japanese arcade scene. The claw machines rotate prizes regularly, and the selection of plushies is good, though individual machine difficulty varies considerably and some are more winnable than others. Coming in on a weeknight meant lighter crowds and better access to machines, but it also meant some claw machines were not fully stocked, so flagging a staff member to set up a machine if what I wanted was unavailable is worth doing. The facility is large and reasonably clean, though it gets loud during peak hours and seating for adults who are not actively playing is limited. Weeknight visits offer a noticeably more relaxed version of the same space. For a group activity destination on Long Island, Round1 delivers on variety and energy, even if individual elements like claw machine consistency have their limitations.
