The overall experience was fun and easy going on a Sunday afternoon. The store is large and not crowded or cramped. The claw and arcade machines were all operational and clean. The staff is friendly and assists with prizes if you request their help. The promotions are fair if you spend more than $50. The prizes are nice and you can even trade up for larger prizes. It's a good experience because using a card reduces the risk of losing and dropping coins.

Lookin' to kill some time? Had a bad day? Need a pick-me-up? Look no further! Claw Daddy is here. I came here with family and had a BLAST. The employees are so, so sweet. The toy selection here is quite average, but they do have something to appeal to all ages. Labubus, anime figures, Nintendo, you name it. As for the clawing, it was fun! It wasn't too hard once you get the hang of it. For $30, I was able to snag a few toys. If it's your first time, the employees are super nice and they reposition the toys so they're easier to grab. If you didn't get the toy that you want (after winning of course), they can swap it out for you as long as it's from the same machine. The card feature is pretty cool too. Though, I personally like coins more, because I can count how many coins I have left. It's quite daunting to keep track of how many credits I have left on the card. Though I do keep a mental note every time I swipe to play. The toy quality is questionable, it's a bit on the cheap, flimsy side. However, I came here for the experience and don't mind too much. I'm not sure if they rotate their selections weekly as do other places, but I probably wouldn't mind coming here often if they do.

Lots of different claw machines to choose from! They have Hello Kitty, stitch, pokemon, and other plushies. Each machine is about 12 credits which is equivalent to $4ish dollars. Definitely a great place to bring the kids and have them try to win!

Jake took care of us today and showed us all the cool tips and tricks, we left with like a billion stuffies.

Dropped in on a whim to let the kids run around and play their hearts out. Smaller and cheaper than Round 1 these games are not rigged and allow kids to actually win! It's clean and organized and their machines all work properly. Stuffed with prizes, you'll leave with something for sure. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They don't dread their job which is evident. They have a trade up policy which is great. You can gather all your smaller prices and leave with one large one of you prefer. For $30-$50 you can have a good time for between half an hour to an hour if you don't go crazy. It's just the right amount of space and games to get energy out from young ones without breaking the bank. A great fun option when in Mission Valley.

The kids came away with many prizes! HAELY was fantastic, so helpful, started us off with tips and kept an ear and eye out for when we needed help. Even offered the kids to just come to her if we really needed help! You play using a game card, and it's easy to spend fast, so it was a nice recommendation for our big group of kids that the adults may want to hold the card and tap for them, since we got a bigger package but fewer cards (higher $ amount per card = more bonus credits). It also naturally slowed down every kiddo tapping away and spending it quick It's addicting to want to win, my biggest hint is dont be shy to ask for hints/help if youre not finding success on your own. We spent about $25 per kid & stayed long enough where they each came out with 3-4 wins!

My girlfriend and I were visiting from out of town and saw that this place had great prizes and very friendly staff, which both were very true. Very special thank you to Freeman and Alejandro for helping us win this big chonky boy!

Best claw machine experience ever! My daughter loves claw machines and prizes- I feel like we try so hard and even when we do at the State Fair, the prize is always low quality. Not here! We got so many plays, especially with the bonus tokens. The game attendant was so helpful and really gave great support for my 7 year old. We can't wait to go back next time we are in town!

A room full of claw machine with cute stuffies!!! My kiddo was so happy she won a cute little bear! They have self check out kiosks where you can purchase a card to load with points to play. I loved that they had several Sanrio bear options and one giant Tuxedo Sam! The young lady showing us a demo was very kind and helpful. We will definitely return!

Spacious and clean!

After the movies everything was shutting down, but we were delighted to see that Claw Daddy was still open! The claws are precise and my kiddos got lucky playing! It reminded me a lot of being at the claw machine stores in Japan. They even had free gifts with purchase of the points card! What a deal. Can't wait to come back :)

So fun! Definitely enjoyed our time here and our $100 went a long way! We filled two bags filled with plushies and not only did the kids enjoy their time; but both myself and bf enjoyed it too! It's very clean and well maintained. Daisy was very helpful and kind to us. She helped reposition some plushies after seeing us failing over and over at the ones we wanted the most. lol Definitely would come back!

Prizes and Surprises! Still waiting for a restaurant table nearby so we checked out Claw Daddy to pass the time. Neat open space with a variety of rewards. All claw all day. No gatchapon machines here. Wifey did much better at winning a variety of plushie toys. It looks like the odds seem fair. I've noticed other machines where items are tightly crammed or the claw grip setting definitely favors the house. One of the items got stuck and a friendly employee promptly resolved the situation. Fun times at Claw Daddy Arcade :)

This place is super enjoyable and fun if you want somewhere to go. My friend and I went for fun and we won seven plushy's 10/10 recommend

We got it and it takes three pictures of you and we decided on an Avengers one. The picture turned out great, but when we printed it out, there was this big white vertical line down the right side. We brought it up to the lady behind the counter and she said she would get the IT guy. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to finally come around and he goes "It always does that" We expected a refund or something, but nothing. For $5 a picture, what a rip off. If it doesn't work "All the time" how about fixing it and putting an "Out of order" sign on it, so you don't waste $5 on a picture you can't use? Terrible customer service.

I used the card on one of the games but the game was not responding. I tried again and still no response. I decide to go to the counter to see if someone could either take a look at the game or if i could get the credits back. I get to the counter and see 3 or 4 workers just standing there talking, no one acknowledges me. I look around some more and see one worker on the far left helping some customers and another worker on the far right helping some other people. Ok, I'm assuming there's two lines and the 3 or 4 other employees are just taking a break or something. Not a big deal, so i get in the line to the far right. There is one person currently being helped, two teens and then me. The employee finishes with the first customer and then helps the two teens. He finishes with them and when he gets to me he just turns and walks away. He does not say a word, just turns and walks away. A simple "I'll be back in a minute" or even just putting your hand up and saying "gimme a sec" would be totally fine. Instead, no communication, just walks away. I told the group of 3 or 4 people just standing there that I needed assistance and one of them went to refill my card. As i was waiting the guy who was serving the line on the far left came over and asked if I needed help. He was really friendly (he looked Asian or Mexican). Anyways, he's the only reason I'm giving that place two stars instead of one.

To our understanding, the AC had been broken for over a week--plenty of time to at least get some big fans or whatnot to keep the air moving. There are a few attractions where they only let 2-4 people at a time, which is a drag, especially because it was so dang hot outside. We visited on a Friday afternoon, and it wasn't very busy. One thing to be aware of is that bowling is on a strict timer. By the time we paid, put on our bowling shoes, and selected our bowling balls, our 60-minute session had already been reduced. It would have been nice if the timer started once we actually began bowling. We considered extending our time, but the concession stand was completely out of food, which was surprising given that it was a Friday afternoon and the facility wasn't crowded. My mom and I also ordered glasses of wine, but unfortunately the wine tasted spoiled, so we didn't drink it. The waiter opened a new bottle of wine that tasted a lot better than the first glass. Overall, the experience didn't meet our expectations. While the facility has a lot to offer, the issues with the bowling timer, lack of food availability, and spoiled wine left us disappointed. We'll probably choose a different bowling alley the next time we're looking for a place to bowl.
