Such a fun claw machine shop! They have an amazing selection of plushies and blind boxes that are actually cute and high quality. The machines felt fair, and there were so many different prizes to choose from. You can also ask to trade plushies in the same machine. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. You can tell they really care about creating a fun atmosphere for everyone. Definitely a great spot to visit if you love plushies, collectibles, or just want a fun outing!

If you're looking for a claw place to take your kids to, this is the place! All the staff is super friendly and super hyper to the kids. You need workers like this for places like this. They know the kids love the feeling of winning but don't want them to get too upset going home empty handed, so they'll try their best to help. They also got Labubu for you to try, but they are expensive ($8 - $10) to play. My husband got really lucky by rolling a lucky number 13 the first time he tried the mini Labubu. There's not many machines but even with limited selections my daughter had so much fun because the staff here were all super interactive with the kids.

Claw Haus is an amazing place to go to feel like a kid again. You and your crew take great care of your customers. I truly appreciate how you all go above and beyond to help the little ones get a prize, as well as us adults. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I must give Claw Haus 5 stars bc I clawed a Labubu and Smiski here on the same day! I also have to add I suck at claw machines so beyond me how I managed to win these. The claw Gods were with me. Lols The owner greeted us when we walked in and explained how to purchase a play card since you don't use coins. The place is clean, cute and lined with claw machines on both sides with a good variety of plushies my girls liked. There is also a shelf on the right with a bunch of cute stuff you can purchase or use your credit to trade in if you don't feel like testing your luck with the machines. There was another staff member walking around for any help we needed. He was also like our personal hype man, cheering us on when we played and making sure my lil girls had fun. He made sure they walked away with a plushie. Thank you! I've never been to a claw machine arcade before Claw Haus so price wise I don't know if this is good? But for only spending $35 and getting a labubu, smiski and a few stuffies I think the pricing (and my luck) was great :)

"We're not leaving here until Delaney gets a Labubu!" A small fortune spent and we still walked away without Delaney getting a Labubu. Fast-forward, she would stop by at a later juncture and win a Labubu. Happiness all around. It's a cozy but fun spot for crane game enthusiasts. The win ratio seems decent so win some great prizes here.

Q: What do you call a group of arcade games that are always together? A: The joystick club. All the kawaii! Claw Haus is a cozy, new, claw machine game place in the Lee Lee's plaza. They currently have two machines dedicated to giving players a chance to get a Labubu. They even have a merch area where you can buy more blind boxes and some clothes for your Labubu (I walked away with a Prada outfit for my Labubu). Claw Haus is such a great addition to this busy shopping plaza and it's fun to pop in after grabbing some lunch and boba to spend some coins on cute claw machine games.

I had so much fun here yesterday afternoon! I stopped by with my friend and sister and we all left happy! We decided to get the $50 game card and it was enough for us to share. We ended up walking out with a total of 9 cute prizes and two cute outfits for our Labubus. (I paid $19.99 for mine) The inside was very clean and the colors are vibrant and fun. Claw Haus left the biggest impression on my kids when we went to visit on Friday. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeting by warm smiles and a cool ambience. Claw Haus is a family owned and operated business- you can really see their love poured into creating Claw Haus. It was a very easy and seamless process to buy a card to play. There's two rows of claw machines with varying credit costs. My kids were able to snag three plushies and placed them inside their free clear Claw Haus string tie bags. Since we left on Friday, they've been asking every day to go back. Highly recommend!

First timers here! We came here with a group who is celebrating their birthday and most of us came here for the first time. The staff were very friendly and energetic! They helped out the kiddos. Someone in our group got a Labubu! They had small prize claw machines and medium sized machines. And they even had interesting ones where you roll this multi die probably 20 numbers and you have to roll one of the two numbers to win a blind box. They had a variety of cute plushies that were all desirable such as some Sanrio characters, Stitch, xolyotl and more. All the kiddos were all winners and had a fun time. We purchased the $50 card worth 200 credits (as the best value) but then a 3 credit for the card itself. The Labubu plays were 30 credits ($10 worth). Most claw machines were 6 credits. Some claw machines were 15 credits. Thus Claw Haus is definitely a kid pleaser and for adults too! Apparently the owner is a huge doll collector and collected all of the ones at the top of the merchandise section. They are doing a drawing on 9/22 i think if you buy the $50 card. The prize is a Halloween sought after toy or some other ones that I'm not familiar with. Would be fun to win! I think we will definitely be back for another play time!! Thanks for a fun time!

My son had such an amazing experience at Claw Haus today! He wanted to win a Labubu for his sister, and thanks to the kindness and encouragement of the staff- he was able to make it happen. The whole crew made the experience even more exciting- cheering him on like his own personal hype squad (shoutout to Chelsea, Juster, Sophia, and Andrew!). The energy here is unmatched. It's not just about the claw machines- it's truly about the fun, laughs, and excitement of winning a prize.. while making memories. You can honestly tell they genuinely care about their customers and want everyone to leave with a smile. We'll definitely be coming back again and bringing the rest of our little family next time, as well as telling all our friends and family about it!

We love the Claw Haus! The prizes are always fantastic but really for us it's about the fun and excitement that the staff brings. They are always upbeat and keep the vibration high. They make it so you want to come back and keep having fun. We frequented all the crane arcades in the Valley this last year but now we just spend our money at Claw Haus. I can't say enough good things about the staff and their kindness. They really helped bring my shy kiddo out of their shell. It's a magical place! Adding = Love the trades! If you get a duplicate prize or you were wishing you got a different blind box you can put your prize up for trade. I LOVE THIS option. We've utilized this several times.

Today I went to claw Haus because of TikTok and I will admit it was fun spent almost 50$. Paid 37 the first and 11 the next. I didn't win anything which is ok but I was trying for a labubu. I also want to point out how nice the employees were when I asked about the game. I was gunna leave since I didn't win anything and the employee in front saw I didn't and asked if I wanted a blind box but the only one that was there labubu one piece and I don't follow anime like that so I said I'm ok. But over all once I have more $ I'll probably come back and try again! read more

The lady running this place is so generous. We watched a couple not win anything and she made sure they didn't leave empty handed. Thats just flat out good business. I've never had a bad time here. Even the times I haven't won anything, I still had such a good time. The owners are the nicest people on planet earth it's such an amazing place. I was so excited for this to open, especially being a huge claw machine fan. Such a cute arcade, but the claws are definitely weak. For the price, which says you get extra credits for purchasing a bundle, we never got any extra allocated to our card. We spent over $100 and landed on lots of prizes, only for the claw to open each time once at the top. Really disappointing. Would love to return if they would fix their claws. read more

They have a variety of super cute plushies as well as some hard to find blind boxes that any collector would admire! went once and prefer other claw machine places in the area. the machines were not stocked, the selection of stuffed toys was not our favorite and the machines dropped all of the items. we purchased $50 worth of credits, the claw picked up something in almost every machine we played and we walked out with one thing. i do not plan to return and recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more

Established in 2023.

The concept originated in 2022 when they witnessed their daughters playing claw machine games with both sets of grandparents. It was during these moments that the inspiration struck them. They envisioned an arcade solely dedicated to claw machines, a space that could welcome everyone—children, teenagers, adults, and seniors alike. The sheer joy reflected on their faces as they collaborated to win adorable plush prizes created cherished memories they wanted to hold close to their hearts forever.

Meet the Business Owner: Chelsea R.

Hi everyone! I’m Chelsea. I’m the co-owner of Claw Haus, alongside my husband and business partner, Jmarr! Claw Haus is truly a labor of love that came to life because two dreamers decided to take a leap of faith, together. I've always had a passion for collecting toys and trinkets; they bring me so much joy and nostalgia, transporting me back to a time when life felt simpler. And it became even more fun and special for me once we had our two daughters who I was able to share my joy and passion with. In a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming, these little things radiate light + happiness and help bring out the inner child in a lot of people. At Claw Haus, we hope to share that same warmth and joy with each of you who walks through our doors. We can’t wait to meet you all and share our passion for toys and all things fun!

Plenty of poseable figures, coin banks of your favorite characters, Funko Pop figures, journals, and other stationery items, plush items, pillows, and t-shirts. Everything you can imagine with a connection to Japanese culture. Our absolute favorite offering though is the "grabby games" or toy claw games in the front of the store. Tokens are $1 each so you cannot play forever, but if you are skilled you may grab a toy or collectible or two. We played five times and got an animal coin purse and a small plush animal keychain, too. The store looks like it has some room for expansion and since we have been in other locations where you can barely walk through them due to the quantity of merchandise it was both refreshing and hopeful. Nice to have the space but looking forward to what else they will bring into their store.

Thank goodness we still got to our theater with a couple of minutes to spare. This was my first time in the Ciné XL theater. It was cool to watch an action-packed movie on the bigger screen. The Ciné XL does cost $3 more per ticket, and for this movie I thought it was worth it. The theater and bathroom were clean. The large parking lot looked full, but there were still some spots further down. My only frustration was at the concession stand. My friend and I ordered a bottled water, a fountain soda, and a bag of candy. Apparently the cashier rang up only the two drinks. So after we paid for that and were about to walk away, they said we still needed to pay for the candy. The numbers checked out, but it was just weird and inconvenient not to ring it all up in one transaction.

Finally had the chance to visit Claw Haus tonight and it was such a fun experience! I took my wife and my mom, and we all had a great time trying our luck at the machines. Our main goal was to win the Pop Mart Disney blind boxes, and the excitement definitely didn't disappoint. My family and I have been going to ClawHaus since they opened earlier this year! This place is awesome! Not only are the machines stocked with cool prizes (high ticket items from Popmart and other big toy companies), but the staff is super friendly and helpful. They really make you feel welcome and are always willing to give tips on how to win. I would say the tickets are priced correctly. I went there with some of the kids I babysit and wow this place is by far our new favorite claw machine place. The prices are very reasonable and the "claws" on the machine themselves are awesome. They don't "loosen up" and drop everything, it will actually grab and hold onto the item you're trying to get. The service was awesome and I believe it was the owner that would come over and help us try to get the items in the machine. 10/10 place we're going back there for sure. read more

We had such a great time at The Claw Haus in Chandler! We had such a great time here! However, after spending a considerable amount of money, we ended up with Labubu, which we could have purchased somewhere else for much less--what a funny twist!
