    Devil plush claw machine
    Maya J.

Listen I love the vibe here and it was so fun attempting to get plushies from the claw machines but we actually spent over $100 and that I fear was on the low end for our group. It feels like gambling!! There's an addictive feeling to trying to get the plushie too. My friend who said she would only spend $20 went back and reloaded her card a few more times... If you go, you can look pitiful around the claw machine you really want and a worker might help you out by putting the plushie in a better spot . I think you can ask them too. Three stars because I will never return for fear of my wallet.

We came here today and once you walk through the doors, you're wowed with how big the facility is inside. There are what seems to be infinite games, prizes and food options. I saw some classic arcade games which was nostalgic to see and experience. There are also new age games and prizes. The bulk of what is available to play are the claw machines there are SO many of them. Aside from games there are good options for snacks and meals along with big screen TVs for entertainment.

So far we have come to play games. We came to bowl. Next we are going to play pool. And save pickleball for the end of the summer. The 99 cent ice cream is a special bonus! It's been a lot of fun to come back and do one activity each visit. The bowling is colorful and fun. They have games for people of all ages. And they are open late! We are looking forward to coming back.

Used to be great, but they replaced a lot of their good prizes with dollar store bags of chips and packs of dish sponges, and claw machines seem to have been changed from skill based to payout. I tried asking an employee I've interacted with before what the deal was, and every time I said something negative he tried to make a positive spin, so it seems like corporate is keeping tabs on them with this too. Won't be wasting money here until things change.

Such a cool arcade with the cutest stuffies that you can actually win. A whole lot better than dave and busters as d&b prices have really gone up. I like to get the 99 ice cream cones! Such a good deal! The staff is super friendly and there to help when you need help claiming your prize or if something goes wrong with a machine. A very fun and reasonable date night. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I went here for ST. Patrick's day , we were looking for a place to play pool and decided to come here for, it's not that expensive either

Arcade Game Fact: Originally "Puck-Man," Pac-Man underwent a name change to prevent altering the 'P' to an 'F.' Released in 1980 by Namco, it set new standards for entertainment with its maze-chase gameplay, revolutionizing pop culture and spawning sequels, merchandise, and a legacy that endures. ― Bitvint.com If you like claw machines, bowling, karaoke rooms, food, and arcade games, this is the place for you! My friend and I popped in during the afternoon and we were starry-eyed. Rows and rows of flashy UFO catchers/crane games as far as the eye can see. We got the special Rilakkuma edition for our game card (where did I put it?). It was some fun entertainment. I couldn't win the cat toy I wanted though. Sad face. It's a fun place but it can get expensive fast.

This was my second time here with my girlfriend, her sister and friend. I want to recognize Dani for taking such great care of my girlfriend tonight! The prize we won had small pieces and needed a box and I expected Dani to just hand her the box but she didn't. She carefully held and wrapped the item pieces and packed it!! Wonderful customer service and care here. After that we went and grabbed ice cream and we were helped by Dafond (DJ) on his name tag. He was kind, and attentive. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and this type of care was top tier. Everyone here is so kind, even the security guards at the front. Kind and respectful and we feel safe going to the car because the security patrols and keeps and eye out outside too! Thank you to all the staff for making our second time here even better than the first! We appreciate you!

Saturday night and half the machines are busted. I spent $86 to fill my card and won ONE stuffed animal. The pay out is super rigged like it's not even fun at this point. I drove half an hour to get here from Phoenix to check it out and now I'm super disappointed. I would not come back here for the arcade experience maybe to go bowling but it's not worth it if you don't live literally next-door.

In 10 minutes, I managed to blow all the credits I put on my game card but had a blast!! I was caught up in the excitement of the music, flashing lights and the c l e a n games at this location. Pinball games, basketball, skee ball, billard tables and endless row of claw prize machines! There are workers completing the pickleball court as we speak. When I was here on Tuesday afternoon the food and beverage counter was open but the bar wasn't yet. I saw there were party and karaoke rooms to rent and the washrooms looked well kept. The pace was picking up for young adults were trickling in after school. On my way out I saw the prize redemption store (victory room) by the parking lot exit. I didn't have any points to cash in but I did leave happier than when I arrived!

This place is dreamy to me. So much fun in one place! They have bowling, VR stuff, food, crane games galore!! The food here is not great, the drinks are ok, but the ice cream is actually really good (blue bell). The cost here can add up, but honestly entertainment is costly regardless of where you go. At this place the entertainment are the games, and the smiles and excitement on people's faces when they win, and everyone that was here were full of happiness and excitement!! The crane machines are so much fun! We won so many animals and hello kitty and all kinds of things. It's always a great time here! The food is what made it 4 stars for me. Next time I'll try the pizza, I hope it's good!

Whoa!! This place is huge! My husband and I stopped by just to check it out and we are glad that we did. We both belong to social organizations and we think this will be the perfect place to host some events. This place has bowling Pickleball pool tables, and endless games for both kids and adult adults! We were a little disappointed that they don't serve hot dogs. However, they do have hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, Ramen noodles, and a host of other appetizers. We didn't go bowling this time, but I can't wait to go back. I gave them four stars because they don't have hotdog. Also, they were out of hamburgers. Other than that this place looks fabulous!

    our plushie haul!
    Francheska J.

first off, really great selection of plushies at round 1! i am a huge miffy and mofusand lover so it was really cool to see a decent amount of selection of plushies in the crane games. we found out my boyfriend is quite good at these so we managed to collect quite the haul. the staff we interacted with were very playful and helpful! they would sometimes move the plushies around for us to help us out if we were struggling a little. only thing is there was a pretty long wait for bowling and karaoke so we opted out this time, will have to come back for that!

I had never heard of this, but after reading about it on their website I was game. The bowling concept is the same except I didn't need my bowling shoes that I brought and the balls were palm sized with no holes. It took me quite a few rolls to figure out the best way to knock the pins down. The various screen and floor themes add to the fun. I especially enjoyed the Pinpix theme which creates a facial features and crazy accessories. The only thing that was missing was music. We got there when they first opened at 10am and we were the only ones in the bowling area so it was quiet. The staff was really helpful and explained how everything worked. I love the concept of indoor go-karts, bowling, arcade, food, etc for a fun time.

We were told to check back in five minutes before the heat started. On our way to check in, we saw some other people checking in who we had previously observed partaking in some 'recreational activities' in the parking lot - no judgment on that, but I do have a legitimate concern for my safety driving with others under an influence. I approached the staff member in the check in room and explained the situation and asked if we could postpone to the next heat. I was told I'd have to go back to the front desk and ask if they can make the change and that the next heat wouldn't be for another half hour. We didn't have the flexibility in our schedule to stay that long so we decided to participate in the current heat. The staff member told me I could pull over to the side to get assisted off the track if I needed to at any time. I didn't love that I would have to exit the race because of someone else's behavior. Interestingly, during the race, one person crashed into the wall in front of me and the other person crashed into my partner. Aside from all that drama, the track was pretty fun with lots of hard turns. The vehicles had great traction. The turbo button on the vehicle I was using was not marked or colored, so I was not able to use it during the race which was disappointing. I think that all of the entertainment and activity options were exciting and plentiful. If I had endless time and funds, I could definitely keep myself busy here for several hours, maybe even an entire day. I didn't love that a single go kart race was $30 per person and I didn't love that safety wasn't taken more seriously.

I am enjoying the resurgence of arcade bars here in the Valley. Since moving to Mesa, I have been making stops here at Level One Arcade Bar. I love the chill vibe and their selection of classic arcade games. Games use tokens or quarters that you can get from the token machine. Level One Arcade Bar is a two-story venue and has a wide array of pinball machines and arcade games. They opened in 2019 in Downtown Mesa and have a Valley Metro light rail stop nearby. Each floor features its own bar with each of them having around 30 beers on tap. The second level has majority of the pinball machines. You will find me playing classics like 1943, Galaga, Mortal Combat, Tekken 3, Area 51, Mario Bros and Street Fighter. I am also a big pinball junkie. They have darts here at Level One and we have had fun playing them when I have come here with groups of friends. Check out the speakeasy behind the building if you want to hang out in a cool 20s vibe atmosphere with a cocktail. It is called Alchemy 48. The place was pretty empty when I came in and I was able to play two games of Ms Pac Man and enjoy my beer at the same time. They also put little side tables by the arcade, so you have a place to set down your drink as you play. Lots of old school video games here including Tetris and Dr Mario! I'd definitely come back again when I feel like playing a few rounds of my favorite arcade game! Parking available on the street, bathrooms located on both floors.

The employee who answered was pleasant and assured me it would not be a problem. A few minutes later I got a call back from a manager, who I believe was the store owner Michael Bahr. He told me they would not accommodate the sales tax exemption and rudely berated me with demanding questions. I explained that I was not looking for any discounts, I would be paying full retail price, but my organization is legally sales-tax exempt in Arizona. He told me that "your tax issues aren't my problem" and "we don't care if you shop here or not" and "we don't need your business." He then hung up on me. I called back and a different employee answered. He sounded a little embarrassed when I asked if he was the one who hung up on me. He said, no, it was his manager and transferred me back to him. I explained again that we were not looking for any special prices and that I had all of the paperwork that Arizona required to purchase tax free with me. He told me again that they were "doing just fine without your business and had no interest in doing extra work because you won't do your own accounting." That is a close but not exact quote. He said that sounded like my problem and for a final time stressed that they didn't care if I shopped there or not, rudely laughed at me, and hung up on me again. I sent a follow up email to the store with a simple one line note saying that I was serious about intending to make a very large purchase and received a response from the the store owner that "I'm still trying to figure out why you think we want your business." Full response from the owner is in the photo. I am appalled and shocked by this owner's attitude and that he blatantly turns away business, though it looks like if I had read reviews first I might not have been so surprised. It was my first experience with this store, and I will never be back either to purchase or to play. I can't imagine how many budding card players may have decided not to pursue the hobby because they do not have a welcoming store close to them or they had a bad experience with this owner.
