Nothing fancy, just shaved. Immediately and with no greeting, I was told they have a month long wait to get in, and they don't shave double coated dogs. I explained that she has been shaved her whole life and no one has ever had an issue. It's actually easy- they just shave off all her hair with a #1 setting on the shaver. My dog is sweet and easy dog to groom. I guess they didn't think she was worth their time. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere- especially after reading other negative reviews about how filthy the place is, and how rude they are. I have to agree on the rudeness, as they never responded to me after I sent pics of my dog and said she normally gets shaved every month, and I'm just here for a few months and that's why I called them. I have no problem paying top dollar somewhere else where my money is appreciated. I guess they just make too much money here, lol!

My dog was previously misdiagnosed and this vet, Dr. Smith, correctly diagnosed her. It was sad news that he delivered to me. He stayed over an hour after closing time to give my daughter a chance to drive up and say her final good-bye to my sweet girl. It was clear to me that the doctor was as sad as I was and agreed with me that her kidney failure could not be reversed. It was a tough decision to put her down but his warm and compassionate, Christian way made it a beautiful passing instead of tragic.

The owner tells me which dog(s) she played with, activities they did and rest times. It's clean and safe for dog's. I get the package that's $250 for 10 days plus 1 free day. My dog comes home tired, happy and safe. So glad I learned about it from friends and you'll be too! I forgot to mention they have grooming services on site, a good price and so convenient.

I picked up Baxter remains at our Vets place. I was so pleased how I got Baxter back. He came to us in a beautiful orn, with a note stating when he was cremated and a special note. I also got a footprint with his name on plus a stand. Autumn valleys you guys went above and beyond !!! Plus I received seeds to plant flowers in his memory.. I can't Thank you guys enough..
