I want to start by saying prior to this experience I typically haven't had any major issues. The…read moreissue I did have was a receptionist that thought she knew better than myself and Dr. Broadhurst who had authorized the behavioral/medical euthanasia of two of my dogs. It was to be scheduled whenever I was ready. I ended up taking them elsewhere because she wouldn't schedule it; was rude, condescending etc. My HUGE issue is with my most recent visit to the urgent care. I brought my cat in for THREE episodes of vomiting. Provided history (which they inaccurately documented). I had incorporated a new flavor/variety of food and the cats that ate it were affected. I provided the timeline of when the food was mixed in, symptoms, etc VERY DETAILED as I am a vet assistant and closely monitor my animals. They took x-rays and advised he had a linear foreign body. I am not a radiologist; I do not read x-rays. I was told that Dr. Broadhurst also reviewed the x-rays and concluded linear FB. I asked about hospitalization, fluids, repeat x-rays and was denied. Told surgery was necessary. I signed the consents because I was not going to allow my cat to suffer and die if he had a FB. They call after surgery to say, no FB only food in his stomach. To which I asked, "So we could have hospitalized and repeated x-rays as I asked". Dr. Wenner said, "Yup, we could have". Diagnosis: Gastroenteritis. My cat went through a very costly, unnecessary surgery. Post surgery I had the xrays evaluated by two separate DVMs along with an RVT and all three agreed that it was not a linear FB due to presentation. Surgery was unnecessary and should NOT have been. So, not only am I out nearly two grand but my cat had a completely unnecessary surgery due to what I call, "sheer incompetence". I have since had to take my other cats to the vet. Thankfully, I chose a competent vet who provided the appropriate treatment which didn't involve an unnecessary surgery, and my cats are on the mend. I have no intentions of returning to Clay as I no longer trust them or their ability to appropriately read x-rays. All around this has been a terrible experience. They haven't bothered to even call to check on him, and surgery was 4 days ago. The vet I took my other cats to have called daily to check on them AND my cat that had surgery, a cat they didn't do the surgery on. Very disappointing experiencing.

The animals are well taken care of, the people working there are so nice and helpful and booking a highland cow cuddling session was amazing. Not only is the location a perfect portal to a different type of Florida , but the wagons are all the way in the back so it's perfect privacy. There's also a tent outside to sit and watch pigs take a bath in the fountain. The wagon room we got was the Piggies room! Perfect decor and amenities inside(towels/shampoo/conditioner/tissues/coffee mugs /even games!) Huge bathroom with incredible shower. There is ac but we spent most of the time with the screen door and bathroom window open & it felt great. Included inside:mini fridge, toaster, coffee/tea (included),microwave and a small heater. Plenty of plugs to charge & a full length mirror. We love that there was no tv because we got to watch highland cows instead !! We also got to sleep to rain and it was so peaceful especially waking up every morning to new friends like pigs and sheep! We also saw: 4 highland cows!! , 2 different types of pigs, a family of sheep (+Anya the sassiest girl), cats, dogs, goats, turkeys (that like hugs but scared meee), guinea fowls, chickens and hens, mini horses and a peacock that sounds like Kevin from UP in the nighttime !! All the staff were super friendly including miss Elaine! Truly an incredible place to visit and get to feed pigs all day.

We have…read morechanged vets after our last experience. - We brought in our 8 yr old golden retriever with a limp and expressed concerns that it was cancer, as his age, breed and the location of the pain all pointed to cancer being likely. They said no it's just an injury and will get better. - a few weeks go by and my dog stopped eating (still limping also). Took him in, they did some x-rays with dye injected into his stomach and they said he had a blockage. We figured he ate a sock and told them the same. They say he needs surgery to remove the blockage. We again ask/confirm if the limp could be a result of cancer, as we want to make sure he doesn't have cancer before we commit to a $2-3k surgery. They say no, there's nothing that would suggest he has cancer. We move fwd with the surgery. - The surgery is completed They say they just found grass that was blocking food from leaving the stomach and going into the intestines. We thought this was weird as dogs eat grass all the time and typically doesn't cause a blockage like this, but that's what they said. - a few days go by and he's still not eating. We take him back in, they do another xray of his stomach and say that nothing is moving from his stomach still. The dye is still in his stomach from the xrays before the surgery - nothing is moving and it seems his digestive tract has stopped working for some reason. They talk to me about euthanasia. - a few more days go by with my dog not eating, and he was fading fast. We started thinking about taking him in for euthanasia in the next few days if something miraculous doesn't happen. - then he has explosive diarrhea everywhere, and a SOCK comes out! He was instantly better - appetite was fully back and he was back to normal. - another few weeks go by and now he can't put any weight on his leg. We take him to a different vet, they do an x-ray, and he has massive and apparent cancer tumor in his shoulder. Probably has a month or 2 to live. - we're now just trying to make him comfortable and happy at the end of his life. Our budget to do anything is shot from spending $3k on the stomach surgery. We obviously talked to them about all of this. They not only missed the cancer that we repeatedly asked about and expressed concern over, but they also performed a stomach surgery and missed removing the sock that was causing the blockage. They refuse to acknowledge any fault or mistakes. A few google searches quickly show that: ~80% of cancer in dogs start in a front limb at either the shoulder or wrist ~80% of cancer shows it first sign at around age 8 ~ large breeds, and golden retrievers in particular, have a higher prevalence to get cancer. All of these stats describe my dog, yet they never did an x-ray on his leg after being asked about it repeatedly and us specifically asking if we should do an x-ray. Instead they took our money and performed the stomach surgery (which we otherwise may not have done), and they didn't even remove the blockage that the surgery was for. This vet is probably fine for your regular check-ups and basic stuff, but I would not recommend them for any serious health issues or surgeries. They have steered us wrong and failed us at every step of the way.

She would greet everyone who came to my place with a lovely leap to their face while they were sitting on the couch. She would dig on my couch and did not listen well. Now she is a brand-new puppy. She does not go on my couch or jump on anyone. She seems more confident in herself and calm. Macayla did an amazing job with her, and I am beyond grateful! I enrolled Ellie in their 4/5 weeks training. I got a report card and pictures or videos every Wednesday. I always looked forward to Wednesdays! After Ellie completed her training, we had to go back for our follow up trainings with Macayla. Ellie was beyond excited every time we went back. We were recommend Unleash Fido by several people. We scheduled an hour long consultation with Travis who ended up giving us 90 minutes of his time to learn about Lily and discuss their program. Lily had several issues, such as pulling on the leash, lunging at cars, barking at people + other dogs and going absolutely crazy when Amazon/UPS was delivering a package. Ultimately, we booked Lily into their month-long Obedience Training Camp. After receiving weekly report cards that contained photos, videos and a brief update on how the last week was, we were finally ready to pick-up Lily. Our first time picking her up was also our first training with her. We worked on establishing place, having her heel while walking, and working on other things around distractions. Within the first 24 hours back at home, our investment in this training payed dividends. She's obedient on walks, doesn't mind others passing by, comes to us on call, goes to place when told and so much more. We'd highly recommend anyone who's dealing with behavior and/or obedience issues to look into Unleash Fido! It was so embarrassing to have an unruly dog, and this was a true investment that we are so happy we made.
