The issue I have with this salon is that you never know how much they're going to charge for lash refill. The very first time I went, a full set was supposed to be $50. 3D is a little more (which is fine). I only needed a refill, but because I had my lashes done at another salon they charged me $60 for a refill. No problem. Fast forward a couple weeks and they now charge $70 for individual lash extensions. I go in this time for a regular fill because the 3D was a bit more dramatic than I wanted. They charged me $65 for a regular fill !!! So a full set is $70 and a refill is $65?!?! Where TF they do that at?!?! My problem is this ... when I call to make an appointment they always say it's between $40-60 for refill depending on the state of your lashes. My lashes were in good shape. Only needed minimal maintenance. There is no way they should've charged me damn near the price of an entire set for a refill. They do a decent job, but there's an issue if every time I get a service I feel like I'm being robbed. I'd rather go someplace where I know what I'll be charged every time. I gave 2 stars because of the decent service. Otherwise it would be 0 star. Doubt I'll ever go back after today's visit. Sorry, not sorry! read more

First time I tried the eyelash extension in this place and so far I like coming here because Lan knows how to take care of you and everybody else. What I like about her is that she makes sure you are happy with the service and she explains everything well if you have any questions. The place is very clean and they have everything. Don't go this salon for eye lash extension!! Lan glued my top and bottom eyelashes and I couldn't open my eyes for 10 mins. The other lady struggled to fix it and lan left me because she had another customer. Horrible customer service and horrible technique. In addition, she left black glues on my nose and forehead. She does not have good eyelash extension techniques. When I complained, she said this happens all the time and did not even apologize. I filed a complaint to board of cosmetology. I hope that an investigator gets her for negligence and incompetence. I went in Clayton Valley salon for eyelash extension. When I tried to open my eyes after Lan finished, I couldn't open my eyes because she glued top and botton eyelashes. The other lady struggled to fix it and I was crying while they were fixing the problem. It took about 10 mins and after I opened my eyes, black glue was on my skin on multiple spots. Lan said this happens all the time and did not even apologize. It was horrible experience and this lady should not do eyelash extensions anymore. I have been getting eyelash extensions for over 2 years from other places and I know other ladies do not do such a poor job. Stay away from this salon. read more

I finally found a place near Clayton that actually did a great job but their head stylist, Lan, decided to move a couple of miles down to open up a new salon. Came in for a cut and the first thing you do in check in and write your name and the service you want. When I arrived, only two women were working. One was waxing, and it turns out she only cuts mens hair. The other was applying acrylic nails and she's the only one that cuts women's hair. I had to wait about 20-25 minutes to be seated but it was very worth the wait. She listened to my requests and even suggested some improvements. The cut lasted about 15-20 minutes bc my hair was long and curly, but she handled it very well. And the end, she even offered to apply some mouse and gave me one styling tips. The total price was $20 which was more than fair. Would definitely come again. read more

She got a really great haircut (hated where I took her last) and was happy and pleased. So much so that she had me take her picture and send it to her loved ones!! . Cindy cut my hair, just went in for a very very overdue trim, it was my first time coming here so I was a bit skeptical but she easily fit me in on a same day appointment and sat me down immediately. I told her what I wanted and she gave that to me exactly. Then last minute I kind of changed my mind and asked for a bit more layers and she didn't even charge me extra, she was very accommodating and listened well to what I wanted.
