My first visit. Best pedicure experience ever. Lisa will be my person forevermore. I'm referring my elderly dad to her right away. Kaiser charges around $75 I think just to trim his toenails. Dad could be instead pampered in luxury and getting proper care for his entire foot health. Lisa tells me she has had specialized training in podiatry and reflexology as well. Feet are so important and the elderly have so many pains and functional challenges along with delicate skin. I know Dad will love his time with Lisa as much as I did. I went to my trusty sidekick, Yelp, for assistance picking out a new place. I came across a queen named Lisa. I had been to her once or twice and like a dummy went back to the chop shop. Ended up getting a staph infection on one of my big toes and had to go to the emergency to literally get a part of my nail chopped off. Once it healed went back to Lisa who was extremely extremely careful with it. Then like a dummy again started going back to the chop shop and was very observant each time on what they did with each client and needless to say I was disappointed and dissatisfied with my services each time. And grossed out. Lisa is very personable her clients and I love that about her, she's literally a mind reader. She never uses the same tools on people. One of the most important things was she makes sure you are RELAXED. Never in my life have I almost fell asleep from a pedicure.
