The salon has been remodeled since we were last in the area visiting, lovely atmosphere with plants and new comfortable massage chairs. I also enjoyed the spa service we chose - the Rose Pedicure, which is a step up from the deluxe. It was relaxing and smelled lovely, but the big issue I had was with the actual paint job of my pedicure. I'm not sure if it was the technician or the paint, but this was one of the worst paint jobs I've received unfortunately. I told the owner before I got up because I couldn't find my technician and then had to wait for her to finish up with someone else so she could "fix" my toes, but she really didn't. I expected her to fix it or at least be offered a discount or a re-paint. I ended up just removing the polish myself a few days later so I could repaint my nails. I know I'm very particular with polish but this was disappointing especially for the price ($75). read more

I called short notice to request to be seen and I was squeezed in immediately, though the place was absolutely busy. Everyone was so kind and welcome in immediately since the minute I entered throughout my entire appointment everyone was greeting my son and making him feel comfortable having to wait for me. Lily there's such an amazing job. I am so impressed! Unfortunately, due to accidents I have a lot going on with my toenails and she did such a thorough job. I'm so grateful. After the first few visits, they already remembered my name which I think is really nice and shows that they pay attention to their returning clients. Recently, I came in for a dip powder manicure. Hanh was my nail tech and she did an amazing job. She was very meticulous and kept checking in with me during every step. The length and shape were exactly what I wanted. I wasn't going to add chrome but I felt like the color needed something a little extra, so she added it and the results were perfect. It had been some time since I gone so my nails were not in the best shape. They were able to salvage my nails (despite being broken) by not only shaping it in a great way but also adding the gel builder. They informed me it would help retain my natural nails but at the same time make it last longer. I came in with a color preference but fell in love with the cat eye nails they do. Amazing experience! Yuni and Katie were wonderful. I made an appt on Thursday for a Saturday morning appt. Originally asked for a gel mani/pedi for me and just a regular pedi for my mom. But my mom ended up changing her mind, day of, and they were able to accommodate her for a gel mani as well. They've got brand-new pedicure chairs, everyone is friendly, and appointments actually start on time (rare!). If I arrive early, they'll begin the soak-off right away, which is super efficient. They also have a ton of colors to choose from. Although I am a neutral girly, their selection is huge and you can really find whatever color you're looking for. Called to make an appt yesterday and told the guy on the phone, "I'd like to remove my gel x and get builder gel" he said ok and scheduled me in. When I came in and sat with my technician, I said the same thing, "I have gel x, but I want to take it off and do builder gel" she said "gel x?" And I said "yes, that's what I have now. I want to take it off and do builder gel" She agreed and got started on the removal. Things were... fine. She was on the phone a few times and clearly distracted, which was fine, we have our days. However, after removing my nails, she pulled out the gel x extensions. I reminded her I'm doing builder gel. She made a face and sighed and huffed and got the necessary materials for builder gel. After this her demeanor completely changed. She was more aggressive with me, and didn't do a very good job on my nails. When the front desk guy came over to check on us, she clearly was venting about the fact that she had to do builder gel (she used the words builder gel and gel x, looked very annoyed) I get she may have had somewhere to be, and didn't like that she had to put in more work and time, but that's not my fault at all. I didn't feel comfortable that there was miscommunication on their end and she took it out on me. No apology, aggressive with my nails, and didn't even do a good job. By the end I just wanted to get out of there. This was my first and last time here. read more
