I was very happy to call for a pedicure on Friday afternoon and told I didn't need an appointment- just come on down. I did enjoy the massage chair- it appeared they were all working and in good order. The woman next to me said to her friend said the chairs were her favorite part of the pedicure and that they never rush her out of here after her pedicure. Says she has stayed as long as an hour after just to enjoy the massage chair. The foot massage was nice- and felt like the nail tech knew what she was doing- not just a half hearted foot squeeze. I just wish it were longer and more treatment. I was not given/shown an option of levels for my pedicure I also still have calluses on my feet. The polish color does not look like the one I picked/ will need to get a polish change now while on vacation Also- Polish doesn't cover entirety of toes Plenty of parking when I went. I would go again- maybe ask for more clarification I was working remotely while here so wasn't watching every move read more

Sarah is very meticulous comparing my hands and fingers throughout the manicure to make sure they were perfect. Her sister Sofia did a great job on my pedicure too! It's a basic pedicure but for me that's enough. Nothing fancy needed for them and if I do want something extra, I can always just ask. Make an appt cuz they do get so busy that walk ins may have to wait a bit longer then they want. Called to make an apt and on my end the call failed bc my service was bad. I called back and the woman on the other end was rude and upset that I hung up but I apologized and let her know it was my fault bc of my service in the area. I asked her simple questions and was being super nice and she was extremely disrespectful and then didn't answer me and hung up. I work in the beauty industry and I would literally never speak that way to anyone and calls end on accident all the time. Will not be coming here based on that experience. read more

So now we are MONTHS into coming to Queen's. EVERYONE is great, and I never thought I'd be the one to come in and get dips all the time. WELP, I am now! Not only do I feel super fancy every day, but these dips are TOUGH. I am not gentle or careful with these hands. I throw them around everywhere. Gym, dishes, etc. They are bulletproof. Le is incredibly talented. Delicate nail and design work (I saw this from one of her high school patrons who had the CUTEST nails ever) Her team is amazing too. Because of her skill with removing ingrown nails, I only go to Le for Pedicures, but I've been so happy with every service, and so has my mom, who is the PICKIEST woman ever about nail salons.
