Beautiful store with lots of options, if they don't carry what you want they will order for you. Willing to go above and beyond to make your knitting dreams come true!! Cannot begin to explain how lovely this shop is in every way. I started going there a few months ago when I decided I wanted to try knitting, I had NO idea about anything so I went there with only a picture in my mind of what I wanted to make. Kelly (the store owner) helped me pick out the right size needles, and when they didn't have all the colors of yarn I needed for my project, she offered to order me the right one to come with her next order so it would be a bit cheaper. She also set me up with Dawn, one of the instructors, who taught me the ins/outs of basic knitting form. Dawn even gave me her number so I could text her with any more questions/with picture updates of my project. Kelly and her store have also helped me with other things, including me showing up one day with a GIANT mess of yarn, 1000+ yards long, incredibly tangled that I just could not continue to try unravel and make into smaller balls. My grandmother brought it over from India. Kelly and a few other women spent two whole days working their magic to turn it into something usable!! And when I told her I was having a medical procedure done the next day, Kelly even offered to drop it off at my house so I wouldn't have to drive. Just copying my post from Google maps, they attempted to call me a liar. So I'm posting in multiple…read moreareas. These people are to be avoided at all costs. Deleted my last edit to make space, they lied in their comment on this. Going to show they're worse than I thought. Timeline added below. So not only will they not communicate, they will attempt to scam you if you order online, they will try to turn the blame onto the customer for their poor communication, but they will also try to lie on a public review. If they lie again I'll add the entirety of the screen shots. Trash store. Last edit: here's the timeline. July 24th item delivered July 25th opened item and emailed their customer service email July 27th almost midnight file a dispute with PayPal Aug 5th the first time they contacted PayPal, again I can't see what they said. Aug 13th I responded to PayPal again Aug 20th paymore responded to PayPal -which this was where they were supposed to upload their tracking to PayPal. Instead they sent it to my email, which is the only time they ever contacted my email. Aug 24th I drop off the package after searching my spam. Aug 25th USPS ships/scans it. And I upload the shipping tracking they were supposed to upload onto PayPal. Aug 31st USPS drops it off to them, and they give me a call trying to get me to cancel the dispute. This is the very first time I had ever had them directly contact me at all. -paypal, you just have to go into it and either press a button to disperse the funds to me or tell PayPal to do so. Sept 3rd they upload stuff to PayPal and when I reach out to PayPal they did tell me they basically uploaded nothing useful. which is where I piece together that they were trying to extend this out. Sept 6th they share more info to PayPal to extend the case. Sept 7th I get fed up and contact PayPal again with the tracking once again, to show it was delivered. And they finally closed it in my favor Now please show me where you contacted me over and over explaining things to me. I have all phone calls and emails. Which there is 1 phone call and 1 email. The 1 email had just the label and no actual text created directly by a person. Try again with your customer service. Do better. Ordered a switch 2 from them and received it near the end of July, tried contacting them since it arrived extremely scratched when the listing stated that it was flawless. Heard nothing at all from them, decided to do a paypal dispute. Thought it'd be as simple as them giving me a return label then shipping it back and boom refund and I cancel the dispute so it doesn't affect their seller score with PayPal. Nah, instead they kept waiting till the last minute for paypal's deadline and then giving vague information, like tracking showing it was delivered when that's not what PayPal was asking for. Which kept extending the time they had to try to refuse me a refund. Eventually they finally send me a label to the email I had tried contacting them from, again last minute, went to spam unfortunately but I found it later. This extended paypal's dispute process once again. They received it and then instead of refunding me on PayPal which would have ended this entire thing, they tried to get me to cancel the dispute before refunding me. This infact is a known scam tactic, if I cancel the dispute then they don't give the money back, and I can't reopen the dispute. So now I am constantly trying to get PayPal to just close it and give me my refund since they left me a voicemail acknowledging they have the item and trying to trick me into cancelling the dispute. They are still waiting till the last minute for paypal's deadlines each time and submitting information that has to be reviewed, therefore extending the entire case. Got the item July 27th and they got the item right back at the end of August. All I wanted is my moneyback, like seriously. Do not order online from these horrendous people. I'm going to hopefully find the corporate email for your franchise next. Edit: after leaving this review and reaching out to paymore on LinkedIn it was finally refunded, although I have no clue if either of those impacted the case.
