I pride myself in finding crazy hotel bargains whenever I go to Orlando, and this place was no different. I'm scared to say how much I paid because I don't want them to jack up the prices next time, ha! You'd be hard-pressed to find another 3br/2.5bath townhome in a resort setting for the price anywhere else! It was very clean and spacious, and the hot tub was a dream after a long day at the parks! My only 3 issues: 1. The internet didn't work. There was no way to dial the front desk directly about it, so I just gave up on trying to fix it even though I had been counting on it to do some school work after visiting the parks each day. 2. The beds were a little cheap and thin. You can feel the springs- but I guess for the price I shouldn't complain too much about this. 3. the pool closes at sunset. yes, it's summer, but we got back from the parks right around then and the kids would have liked to go for a late-night swim (which we couldn't do because the pool was closed). Please extend your pool hours! All in all, however, I really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. read more

As a property owner, my experience with IDILIQ Management has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this company based on what I have experienced. When I signed the management agreement, I expected my vacation rental to generate a reasonable return after normal operating expenses. Instead, my very first owner statement showed a financial loss rather than a profit. Before the second month had even ended, I was already presented with additional repairs, replacements, and other charges that would be deducted from my account. Based on the company's own financial reports, it became clear that I was facing continued losses rather than a positive return on my investment. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of financial transparency. My June owner statement reflected an average nightly rental rate of only $70.95, yet I found my property advertised on the company's own website at significantly higher nightly prices. The explanations I received never clearly justified this difference or gave me confidence that I was receiving a complete and accurate accounting of my property's performance. In my opinion, the management agreement has not worked in my best interest. After experiencing ongoing financial losses, I decided I wanted to end the agreement. However, my requests to terminate the contract have not been accepted, leaving my property tied to a management agreement that, in my opinion, no longer serves my interests as the owner. My advice to any prospective owner is simple: perform thorough due diligence, have the agreement reviewed by an independent real estate attorney, understand every fee that may be charged, ask exactly how rental income is calculated, and carefully evaluate whether this program truly aligns with your financial goals before signing. Our flight was delayed so we didn't get to the resort until 11pm. Nobody was at the security gate so we drove back around and found a security guard hiding behind the building. The main guy appeared and literally chewed us out for being so late because he had to stay until WE got there! Leaving out the rest of that unprofessional experience, we get to our unit. The place had bugs. I know it's Florida bc we lived here all our lives but still! So, we've been coming here every year for almost 10 years and it gets worse every year. The sliding glass door is very hard to open. There was a raccoon in our lanai. Guess why? There was a huge HOLE in the screen. Most of the screens on the lanai ceiling are missing so birds and bugs were free to come and go. The dishwasher DID NOT WORK. No power to it. The cabinets are impossible to open because those types are built to HAVE KNOBS. We had to pry them open with a butter knife. The ceiling fans don't work and are filthy, anyway. The light in the pool was burnt out. Like I stated, we have been coming here for almost 10 years but it gets worse every year. I think this is our last. Last year, there was NO toilet paper or paper towels and the air conditioner rattled and it was dirty. The security guy really was the most rudest person like it was our fault that we got there late. The lower floor bathroom has the lowest light as to where you can't see yourself in the mirror. One ply TP literally across the room from the toilet doesn't help either. Anyone walking upstairs sounds like they're going to fall through the floor, too. I'm sure my review won't even get the attention of the company because they didn't respond a few years ago and it's gotten so much worse, they obviously still don't care... until they go out of business. Don't waste your money. Some other guests here are also questionable. There's dog poop in the grass, too, so be aware. For a place that could be decent (and used to be) it really has gone to almost ghetto conditions. It's a shame. read more

If you are ever traveling to Orlando and need a place to stay aside from your typical hotels, then this is not a bad option to look into, especially if you are looking to stay with a couple or more families. Prices (if split between families) are very reasonable. I rented a 3 bedroom unit with Private Jacuzzi option (6 adults, 6 kids). The other option you can get is a Private Pool. The unit is well sized, clean and well furnished, comes with washer & dryer and a dishwasher.   This Resort is located in the Kissimmee (192) area. It is a gated Resort that has amenities such as Pool, Gym, Restaurant/Bar, etc. Also a short drive away from shopping and restaurants such nearest Publix, Super Target, Hooters, Five & Below, McDonalds, gas station, etc. Conveniently located, just minutes away from Disney and most theme parks. Friendly and accommodating staff.   Also, just a tip. You are responsible for hauling your trash to the nearest garbage bin/compactor inside rhe resort, and to be fair, this is emphasized and you are advised of this by the Front Counter staff during time of check-in.   Well, this could have been a 5 Star rating, but I decided to give it a 4 Star rating because the Gate keypad entrance was problematic and really needs to be looked into. The gate somehow has a short cycle and closes right away. I have seen lines of cars forming outside the gate where cars are just waiting to get in. I've witnessed the gate closing before the car could even make it to the gate, forcing the car to stop, wait for the gate to fully close and await for the next person to let them in. I too, was a victim of early gate closure. It was frustrating, while comical at times. I had to laugh off my frustrations lol. Grrrr !!! read more

Was not Cleaned properly, unit was very dusty lights were covered in bugs and dust. Needle fell on my arm when I first opened the freezer thank God it was capped but still what if and management could care less, all she was was "oh sorry". Ice make didn't work and fridge froze anything on the top shelf and the door, also always had a pool of water in the fridge. Showed the office my concerns and they said "I shouldn't expect it to be perfectly clean but it would be clean to their standards" so when I asked why I paid a premium for a half ass cleaning, she said my expectations might be to high. Unit was called a upgraded unit but it didn't have batteries in either of the remotes, no DVD player or sound system but had speakers on the walls. The rug was missing and furniture was heavly worn. No placemats on the table and dishes looked dingy, we rewashed everything just to be safe. Bed felt like 2 box springs staked up and the carpet was heavily worn. We were only given 3 towels 2 hand towels and one wash rag in the whole unit and we never got anymore, also no beach towels for hot tub use. The lake view was a joke at the end of a nearly dried up pond in the back corner of the property, but the picture showed the unit to be around the main pond and that is where we were expecting for the higher price. The hot tub was so warn the buttons didn't work and most of the jets were worn with worn out paint and finish and they didn't refill it so it could be used till our last day. Told the office twice and a maintenance guy with a clip board twice as well that said some one would come fix my issues, but no one ever showed up. Bought my own batteries and an assortment of towels to use instead of the lack of the ones left for us. Also spent $200 at target and bought a mattress topper so we could get some sleep during our 10 day stay. We have stayed here multiple time in the past and it has been a degrading experience since our first stay and we won't be back. I get the whole covid thing is restricting what can be open but they still charge $20 a day for use of almost nothing that there are charging for. Also the cleaning fee is new from our previous visits, which I think is a joke as anything over counter height is not cleaned and is covered in dust. Check-in was fairly simple. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a cafeteria style dining area in the main lobby, as well as a counter for attraction tickets. Take note, this is a very large property. They will give you a map to help guide you to your villa. What I DO NOT understand is why they decided to use the same address numbers in different parts of the property. My first stop was at the wrong villa with the same address as the one I got. SMH!! First impression entering the villa took my breath away. It was spacious, clean, and had a modern decor. I had a 2 BR / 3 Bath w/ hot tub on the lanai. Six people could have easily stayed here and been very comfortable. The only thing the kitchen seemed to be missing was a corkscrew. So that bottle of wine I picked up ended up coming home with me. :-( I found the furniture to be in pretty clean and new condition. I did not see any stains or have uncomfortable mattresses as some other reviewers experienced. I found everything to be decently comfortable overall. The king bed in the master bedroom afforded me a good night's sleep. The shower had excellent water flow and got hot fairly quickly. The unit had two identical showers, one in each bedroom. Also, the 2nd bedroom had two twin beds. The bedroom furniture was basic, but in good shape. Each bedroom also had a walk-in closet which allowed me to store my luggage out of sight. I did not utilize any of the pool areas during my stay, so I can't really comment on those. I did use the hot tub once which I found to be very relaxing. The lights in the hot tub were not functional, and the button for the light also looked like it had been damaged by a previous guest. The general location of the property is excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as gift shops, pharmacies, vape shops, Walmart, etc. There is a 7-Eleven about 4 blocks away, as well as a McDonald's next door to it. Both great for late-night cravings. It's also very close to the Disney parks. Now that I've told you about all the good points.... It's time to get to the not so great things. 1. Many of the lighting fixtures in the villa had the coiled fluorescent bulbs in them which take about 5 minutes to reach their maximum brightness. So when you first turn them on you get little to no light from them. So unless you have excellent night vision, I would recommend leaving the bathroom light on at night and just close the door because the light coming out of these bulbs was like candlelight when first turned on unless you waited it out. 2. The entry door had 2 issues. Firstly, there was a backstop piece at the top which was broken and just flopped around. The wall was damaged where it was supposed to rest at, which seemed as if a previous guest flung the door open in a very forceful way. The second issue with the entry door was that it was also damaged at the bottom left when looking at it from the inside. It seemed as if the bottom corner was crushed. It was either compressed or broken off by whatever had caused the damage. So whatever small critters wanted to come inside were more than able to.... And did they ever!!! My first night there, I battled several flip-flop sized cockroaches that gained access via the damaged entry door corner. I literally watched them come in about 30 min apart. I sat in the kitchen area watching the door for about 2 hours. I finally decided to drive back to the store and buy some bug spray. I also bought several eggs of Silly Putty to fill the gap after I sprayed it. Each morning I would remove the putty and then replace it at dusk once I was back for the night. I am NOT a fan of anything with more legs than myself!!! 3. Neither TV remote worked. So I picked up some batteries at the store and replaced the bedroom remote batteries. Still nothing. Then I went to replace the living room batteries and they were both different brands, oozing battery acid from them. The contacts in the remotes were all corroded. I tried to put new batteries in it, but the contacts needed a wire brush to get the corrosion off. 4. On my day of checkout, housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9am and poking their head in before I even answered the door asking if I was leaving soon. (LOCK YOUR DOOR AT ALL TIMES!!) Mind you checkout is at 10am ($125 extra for a 1pm late checkout). By 9:15 another housekeeping guy was on the lanai hosing it down. I found this to be very annoying and pushy when I still had 45 minutes before I had to depart. Not to mention, I was still in just my boxers when I noticed the guy on the lanai. Definite invasion of my privacy. If I were female, I would have called the police. No one should be entering your rental space during your stay unless it's an emergency. They may as well have just walked right in. Unreal! Overall, while it had it's ups and downs, I don't believe I would EVER recommend it or stay here again based on my experience as a whole. :-( read more

IThe front check-in desk closes at 6 PM daily. Arriving after that time, you have to get the security guard to let you in and give you location and access to your room. The resort has ceased to supply skillets, baking sheets, face cloths, hand cloths, dish rags and dish towels. When I called about bringing us those items, was told I either needed to bring them with me or go purchase some (which we did). We ran out of toilet paper. When I called for some, I was told that there was one complimentary roll installed in bathroom. Any additional toilet paper or paper towels is the guest responsibility to purchase for their use. Another problem we encountered was with communications. To reach the front desk, the guest has to dial the full # of the resort. We rented a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. It had a private pool, washer/dryer, & a dishwasher. The house was for 9 people, 6 kids & 3 adults so it worked out well for us. When we arrived our code to get in the house didn't work. We had to call the office and they sent maintenance to assist us which was handled quickly. The pool kept our kids busy & very happy. No complaints about The property except the garbage area. They expect you to haul garbage blocks away. We had to put the nasty garbage in our car to get it to the garbage area. Totally ridiculous!!!! We rented a property through VRBO and were very pleased with the property as a whole. They are a gated community of 2-4 bedroom townhomes. Some along a beautiful pond. There is plenty parking. Most of the units have private pools or hot tubs which is so nice. However, there is also a great clubhouse which holds 2 pools and 2 hottubs, a play area, a gym, a small arcade, and a restaurant/bar which also caters to the pool area for snacks and drinks. They have a daily happy hour which is a nice thing to take advantage while you sit at the pool and the staff is very friendly. I know these townhomes are owned by different owners so they're all managed differently but the one we stayed in was very well kept and when the bed literally fell out from underneath us one night, our owner got someone over there to fix and and took care of us for the inconvenience. It was pretty funny how it went down and because our owner from CANADA was able to get someone out there same day I feel that does reflect on the management of CLC. So overall I really enjoyed our stay here. The best property I've stayed off of Disney property. So close to a lot of great shopping and restaurants and a short 5 min drive to hit Disney. We loved it so much we purchased a unit of our own! read more

I wish I could give zero star to this place along with Agoda, we booked through agoda, arrived the hotel at midnight with 2 young children. This is a gated community, we punched code in, nobody answered, waited 15mins, then some car from behind finally open the gate for us. There is absolutely no sign tell you where to check in, we drove around the neighborhood, desperately trying to call hotel and agoda, nobody answered the phone of course. We found the club house, which is locked from outside. After tried every single way to get help, we finally gave up, drove back on the street, found another hotel, checked in at 2am with 2 screaming kids. I called agoda next morning, they couldn't reach the hotel either, they told me that the hotel might be closed????? And they can't refund me, but they will give me 10 percent off next time when I book through agoda!!!! read more

We booked this villa for our family vacation (7/31/2013~8/7/2013). We stayed at 8532 Bay Lily Loop(3bedroom, 2 - 1/2 bath) . This was our first experience with a vacation home rental and from booking the reservation to check out was a piece of cake. We came from the "Big Apple, New York City", with lots of noise, peoples, tall buildings around us, and to chose this Villa is my smart decision. My teens were in love at this villa. They wish can stay longer. PROS: cozy, decent size of private pool with screened, property was clean, serene and away from the noise, washer/dryer( I'd used everyday) CONS: some furniture and appliances were outdated (especially the kitchen's knifes were dull) ; no safe in the villa, you need to bring your own toilet tissues , garbage bags, detergent, dish washer, and paper towels(if you don't want to carry all this, you can go the Super Target or Walgreen, just 5 minutes away) We were 2 adults and 2 teens, ages 17 and 13. We will definitely stay again! read more

Resort is well located for short drive to most of the theme parks. Club la Costa are great providing bread, milk and juice so if you arrive late you can still make toast and coffee for breakfast the next day. The units are spacious and well equipped. Not as great as CLC California suites in Spain but better than a three star resort. We had some minor issues on our stay which sort of spoiled our stay in part. The AC stopped working properly in our first unit- but we were quickly moved to another unit when we alerted reception. In the second unit we lost power to the Internet, phone and TVs, meaning we had to drive the km to reception in the late evening to get it fixed. A maintenance agent was sent out though within the hour to get it all running again. The maintenance and reception staff were friendly and helpful in getting issues fixed promptly. Having a spa in the back netted area was great after a day at the theme parks. This is mainly a timeshare resort, and so your room will not be cleaned and beds remaid on a regular basis. This was not an issue forums as we like be left to our own devices. read more

Took family to Florida for vacation. We got a 3 bedroom townhouse. It was very nice with a full kitchen,dining area, 1/2 bath and living room on the ground floor. Upstairs three bedrooms an two baths. Two of the three bedrooms had televisions. Our condo had its own pool. Our 7 year old loved the fact we had our own pool. The condo was very clean and well kept. My only real complaint would be the TV in the family room had problems with satellite reception. No problems upstairs. Several channels like TBS and USA would go in and out. Not a real big problem because we watched so little tv while we were there. Check in was easy and staff was very friendly and accommodating, helping my mother find our condo when she arrived to see us. It is very close to Disney and convenient to most local attractions. The clubhouse dose have a small restaurant, I would consider it more a cafe. They also have two pools and a walking trail around the lake. We only went to the clubhouse once to see what they had. It was not as feature packed as say Orange Lake which is right across 192, but then again you are paying about 1/2 of what you do at Orange Lake. The place is a great value, the condos are nice. I would recommend, especially if you will be spending most of your time at the attractions. read more

For the most part everything was great house was beautiful! Very modern and the place had great amenities and the pools were nice ! They have a little you could say restraunt but it was really sad how bad it was I got maybe and this is maybe 3 ounces of white wine for $7.49 not including tips or tax and don't think that's it was for unlimited because it wasn't. I ordered a Tuna Sandwich with cheese and I'll be honest with you it took so long to make it it felt as if they went out to sea to catch the tuna and bring it back. The Tuna sandwich wasn't good it was so hot and the Tuna was hot I thought they had must have put the sandwich in the oven . And also the women that works at the bar at night is quite rude and very cocky to say the least. A lot of employees except the employees who work at the reception and theme park ticket agency who are very very nice are quite cocky and acts like your not needed at the resort even though half of the whole resort was literally empty..... The clubhouse is nice but ambiance and lighting is just sad how bad it is I used to do interior designing and it my books that place was in my top ten worst and talk about spot lights the inside of the clubhouse is so bright I had to leave early because I was getting a headache from how bright it was. Overall I would stay here again but probably after checking in wouldn't step foot near the clubhouse. P.S. There are hot tubs at the houses and that's great but I got burnt getting in to mine because it was left on 117 degrees Fahrenheit and there is a $100 cleaning fee even if you make the place better looking then it was before I also couldn't believe how different the pictures were of the club house are on yelp the clubhouse looks totally totally different on the inside then it does in the pictures on yelp..... read more

I am currently laying uncomfortably on this springy mattress with stains on the pillows at ENCANDADA RESORT after a long day of travels but I feel like I am at a fancy version of Motel 6. My family and I decided that we were going to go to Florida for Christmas this year and every time we go to Florida we always get beautiful resorts, we looked at the picture of this resort online and we are disappointed to find out that it is nothing like the picture. If it Wasn't almost 4 AM, I would call and complain to get my money back ASAP! It is so bad that I'm actually wasting my life writing a yelp review about it at 4 AM!! We are a family of five, and are highly disappointed in this resort. The beds are all sinking in, there are no sheets for the sofa bed, and we waited 20 minutes outside the gate because no one would let us through the gate upon arrival. There is no TV in one of the better rooms, the bathrooms look like they need sanitizing, the pillows are made out of newspaper, I can go on. The only thing that seems to look semi-decent is the dining room table, and the kitchen. But vacations are not about cooking or sitting at the dining room table the whole time, they are about relaxing and being comfortable at all times. For some reason it just doesn't feel like home here, or homey in anyway, I jumped up because I thought there was a cockroach on the bed that's how sketchy it is. Tomorrow morning we're going to leave this please and get a new resort. I felt like I had to give it one star to be nice but it really doesn't deserve any stars, this is a perfect example of false advertising. read more

Encantada was a very accommodating stay for my family of three in their two-bedroom townhome. There was everything you needed to make you feel right at home and extremely spacious. Because our weekend was jam packed with theme parks, we were unable to maximize the resort amenities as I would have liked, but if you have time, use them. There are a number of shopping stores to meet all of your needs from Target, Ross, tjmax, super target and a host of eateries and also a Publix for grocery shopping which we did stop at. Publix for us was comparable to Vons or Albertsons and Pavilions. We visited SeaWorld and Walt Disney which was a 15-20 distance from the resort, very reasonable for us. We definitely enjoyed our stay! I would definitely come again. read more

Do not stay with a company called Encantada resorts if you see them on Airbnb! They have hidden charges which they hit you with after you book on Airbnb. They would not leave me a review on Airbnb because I did not leave they a $150 deposit when I checked into my villa. I did not leave it because it was not the agreement we had on Airbnb. My wife and I left the Villa in perfect shape including my wife washed the linens. Took out all the trash and cleaned all dishes. So traveler beware!!!! read more

Fabulous experience. Very new and delicates house, at least for this price. The front desk is really nice, and the clubhouse is well equipped. There are swimming pools and jacuzzi, and the vita spa in house is great. Really worth this price. A small flaw is the trash disposal place is too far away from our house. read more

I was very impressed with this resort! Generally when you book this kind of stuff on a discount website it ends up looking nothing like the pictures. The villas were very nice and spacious. Really enjoyed the convenience of the hot tube right on our patio. Staff was also super sweet and helpful. I will most definitely be staying here again! read more

This hotel is nice, clean and private location. My family and I stayed for 4 nights. The front accommodated is with rides to the club house but on one morning my boyfriend had to go get our Universal Studio tickets w their clubhouse employee who is very helpful w getting us our passes to the theme parks and called for a ride... my boyfriend left walking because he didn't want to be waiting, maybe about 5 minutes later I was upstairs I heard 1 knock and my door being unlocked and a man calling "hellooooo" which freaked me out. He heard my voice and shuts the doors but continued knocking. I run down stairs and open the door, told him my boyfriend went walking. I tried contacting the manager but apparently no manager that day. 5/18 we went about our day came back slept a few hours and left quickly to the airport. My boyfriend had lost his wallet w about $100 in cash inside along w his bank card and social security card... he contacted the hotel later that day around 8am the hotel called later around 2pm Dallas time to inform him his wallet had been located w everything but the cash. The lady on the phone said 2 people had been inside our room so I find that disappointing how distrustful the employees there are. Obviously nothing is safe in this hotel. arrived around 3:30PM EST and checked in..was told the unit is not ready for another half hour which is fair as 4PM is the usual check-in time.. 4PM came and was tild to wait another 15-20 minutes as the unit is still not ready..a bit disappointed as we want to rest after 15 hours of driving..when it finally made available to us, we went in and was impressed on how the unit is designed and presented, looks beautiful and the amenities like jacuzzi/spa seems impressive.. or so it seems... we called the concierge why the jacuzzi/spa has brown-like items in the water and was told it was the chemical reaction to the water and should be gone in a few..but that was incorrect because on the third day, a maintenance guy came in to clean and add/replace water on the jacuzzi/spa and it was sparkling clear after that..that was gross, when we used the jazuzzi/spa for the 1st two days.. then came the bathroom door knob falling off because of the screwheads are smaller to the thin it was screwed in.. we have to fix it by ourselves as we were told that every time a maintenance person is called to service anything in the unit, we will be billed for that.. so, found two washers and screw it back and works great after that, stronger and better quality/installed by us!!.. then came down the aluminum sliding unit in the bathroom..my goodness it was only glued and not screwed/bolted to the wall to hold the two sliding doors.. it even hit my wife's head but not serious that needs any medical attention just a shock and bit of pain.. had to reinsert the sliding doors again but I know it will break again unless the slide unit is bolted or screwed to the wall..no maintenance service call, we might get billed, as it was emphasized on the check-in notes where we have to initialize to agree.. then we finally we call for a service call because the phone is not working..somebody came in and left a note while we are away to Universal Studios indicating they called the phone co. to come in and fixed it..the phone was never fixed while we were there.. and the kicker, you have to put your garbage and recycle bags yourself to the bin a block away.. i mean there are a lot of golf carts where employees are delivering supplies or person to the units, why can't they have a process where they can pickup the bags by the side and drop it to the bins, that would be a service improvement.. the checkout was pretty standard, just calling the main desk by phone (our mobile phone, remember the unit's phone is not working up to this time) that we are leaving exactly at 10AM checkout to ensure no extra charges again if we leave beyond that time.. overall, the amenities are expected of a three-star but the resort can surely improve on the quality of the unit construction/maintenance.. read more
