Loved this hotel. It's not super close to Disney but close enough to not be stressful and overcrowded with guests. I would still recommend renting a car. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby too. The rooms are spacious and clean-- basically like apartments. Great staying with the whole family. The staff was super nice. The pool was clean and beautiful. Best of all it is super affordable for all the space you get. Definitely would stay here again with the family. My nephews had so much fun!

This is my 3rd time staying in this resort. I came back for the weekend to celebrate my Bachelorette with my girls. Honestly, they loved this resort as much as I do. The staff from the moment you check-in greet you. Even if you have stayed in the resort before they explain everything to you again which I love. The rooms are huge and they have a full kitchen, a huge refrigerator, and a dinner table. My girls decorated our room super nice for our bachelorette weekend. I will add picture. I definitely recommend this resort to everyone. It is 15 minutes away from Disneh parks and it's in a great area. You have so many choices of restaurants around you. I will definitely be back to stay at this resort again. Thank you for another great stay.

    Empty toilet paper roll...

Beautiful "resort" I put resort in quotations because no other resort has refused to provide toilet paper during our stay. My husband refused a resupply day as he's a freak and doesn't like strangers in the room. So I went the following day to the front desk to ask for supplies which they provided 3 or 4 liquid dishwashing soaps, 4 dishwasher soaps, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 laundry detergent single use boxes, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. We have 3 bathrooms and 6 guests total staying for week. So with in 2 more days after I got the 2 rolls of toilet paper we were down to 1 roll for 3 bathrooms. I went down this morning to get more as all the bathrooms were empty, and was REFUSED to getting anymore toilet paper. The nice lady at the front desk(I know she was just doing her job and adhering to the regulations established by management) said that since she had given me supplies the day before that she wasn't allowed to give me anymore. I tried to explain to her that she only gave me 2 rolls and that if we had our regular supply's brought that they would've at the least provided us with 3 or 4 rolls of toilet paper, but I didn't want to argue with her over toilet paper. So now I need to go to the store to buy more so we can wipe our butts for the remainder of our stay. TRICOM is the management company for this location, so I suggest that they change this policy or inform guests upon booking that they will need to provide their own toilet paper during their stay. Which is ridiculous! If you pay this much for a "resort" toilet paper is assumed to be provided. It was a very pleasant stay until this incident. I hope the management has the courtesy to reach out to me to apologize and explain how they will fix this ridiculous policy in their future.

I have stayed at about 10 different four seasons and this was by far the best. The level of service is what you would expect with the four seasons brand but this hotel stands above the rest with beauty and things to do. We enjoyed the 5 acre water park every day and loved it. So much to do for families at the pool area and we dipped away from the kids for the quiet adults pool also. If you are staying here to visit Disney it was equally amazing with character breakfasts in Ravello and the Disney shuttles that ran very often. We mostly ate at the pool ( lakehouse) and in the evening at the hotel ( ravello/Lobby bar) The other place capa? on the roof was nice but we didnt dine there but we did enjoy using their balcony to watch the fireworks from magic kingdom/epcot. The Lickitysplit coffee/pastry/sandwich place was very convenient when we needed something on the go for our busy vacation plans outside the hotel. Shining star- Its hard to pick one person since every employee there is a 10/10 on service but Hannah in LakeHouse was a shinier diamond among diamonds she always went above and beyond for my picky grandaughter Bonus- Doing the Smores at the pool was something pretty amazing

The room was a good size and comfortable if a little on the tired side. Also, after much searching we discovered that our room had no mini bar which was kind of annoying. We weren't able to take advantage of the pool situation because it was unseasonably cold while we were there and even though it's heated, swimming while it was 40 degrees did not seem appealing. We did use the gym facility which was expansive and very well equipped. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Disney but it's not necessarily on par with other Four Seasons Hotels.

Discovery Cove is such a beautiful venue. I literally could have stayed there all day. It's so scenic with the rivers, waterfalls, beach, winding pathways and the serene sounds of wildlife! I absolutely loved it. Upon entry we were greeted by staff members and checked in and given a badge to indicate to staff within the park that we were attending Paradise Nights. Once check in was complete, our first op was awaiting us in the lobby accompanied by a self serve wall of rum punch. Dinner was a staff served all you can eat buffet. The food was surprisingly tasty. There was shrimp and grits, seafood paella Chicken paella, chicken asada, grilled churrasco steak with chimichurri, maduros, yucca fries. There was a prepared salad and water already placed at your assigned table. I did not eat the salad and as surprised that salad was even being served with the current health issue related to various fresh produce. I saw a lot of people not even touching their salads. Beverages were included like soft drinks, tea, lemonade, etc. Dessert included 3 options pineapple upside down cake, tres leche, and jumbo chocolate cupcake. I had the chocolate cupcakes it wasn't that sweet and was just ok. I really enjoyed my meal it was warm and tasty. All parties were sat with their perspective guests so it was nice to have your own table for just you and whoever you came with. Each table had a waiter/waitress that refilled our beverages, brought napkins and straws, cleared our plates, and cleaned our table. The show was nice and took place at sunset. The finale was the best part! The show was broken up into 3 segments kind of like beginning, middle, and end. It was an open and semi covered pavilion with 3 stages. The performances rotated among the 3 stages but were predominantly performing around the center stage. The show was based on the principles of earth, air, water, & fire. There was a drummer, dancers, and aerial performers. The finale was awesome there was an actual fire dancer. He juggled, twirled, tossed rolled over and jumped over fire sticks it was great! I really enjoyed my time and would definitely like to return to Discovery Cove to enjoy the park during the day.

The resort itself is extremely family friendly, which we loved having our daughter with us. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful and happy! The room and amenities were clean and well taken care of. Parking was available but not always close to your room, but also the walks weren't bad as everywhere on property was so pretty! All of the rooms had either a balcony or patio space as well. You have private beach access, the ability to rent a variety of beach items, pool, splash pad, mini golf and more! They had a schedule of activities (similar to what you would get on a cruise ship!) and so much to do to stay busy. Overall the resort was beautiful and we can't wait to come visit again!

Nice and firm for a get night rest or a nap after being at the pool side for a few hours. Walk in closet big bathroom ,living room was cool as well. Me and my wife enjoyed the bowling alley. We had a lot of fun. Don't forget about the shops with all your favorite carton characters t shirts hats slippers you name it Star Wars, the minions the Simpsons fun for kids all ages. We also enjoyed the cabana cafeteria . I had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries my wife had chicken teriyaki lomein full of nice pieces of chicken ,Which she enjoyed .I also had some chicken tenders and fries from the cafeteria on our stay. We ordered shake shack which was cheaper ordering from door dash then buying food on the resort, smash burgers well done with cheese fries, for a little vacation cheat because I'm on a diet. By the way the order came really fast. Don The pool was great especially at night the view was amazing. With the lights shining on the pool and the really nice fire pit they had so you can even roast some marshmallows by it. Also the pool features a water slide for kids and adults. The blow up rafts were $9to17. You also could bring your own as well. You also had an ice machine with cold water free. Plus you had the soft drinks and soda all you can drink for $30 . That was the drink packed. Cabana bay resort also had a restaurant right next the pool outside. Where they had some really good chicken quesadillas with fries. My wife enjoyed that. . I went with the chicken wrap with lettuce and some veggies, It was great to eat pool side with the beach chairs equipped with the big umbrella for shade . Then you also had the lazy river at the resort. That featured a bigger water slide and pool . Bigger than the pool outside the main lobby. The staff was courteous and friendly the stay was fun.
