Disney's Vero Beach Resort - A Hidden Gem with That Signature Disney Magic! If you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway without losing that iconic Disney touch, Disney's Vero Beach Resort is an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, the cast members made us feel like VIPs -- friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile with a smile. The lobby had that familiar Disney charm, complete with subtle nods to classic characters and coastal theming done just right. Our room was spotless, cozy, and carried that Disney-standard cleanliness and comfort. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a character breakfast, or just taking in the sunrise on the beach, everything feels thoughtfully designed to maintain that magical atmosphere. The character breakfast with Goofy and Pluto made my granddaughters day, maybe week or even year Perfect for families or couples looking for a quieter slice of Disney, this resort proves you don't need to be in the parks to experience the Disney magic. We'll definitely be back!

As a DVC member this was a resort we wanted to come see. We were sailing on a cruise and added a few nights here before we sailed. We have absolutely fell in love this Disneys Vero Beach Resort! The grounds, beach access, and views are beautiful. It's a smaller resort than we are used to which makes getting around nice and easy. There is so much to do from the pool and beach to mini golf, games, activities and crafts you will not be bored! The cast members have all been amazing! We will definitely be back!

2 negatives. 1000 positives. NEG: Only 3 washing machines for hundreds of people. AND It's Far to get from the pool to inside the hotel when it storms. Positives: Wonderful staff. Great views, beautifully landscaped oceanfront. Fabulously comfortable studio. Nice bar that serves great coffees in the morning. Fun pool. Great towels !!! SPA- I got an exquisite massage from JEN The TV setup is uncomplicated which is not the case at other Disney resorts. Offsite dining : - Pelican cafe. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Great golf course views. Very reasonably priced. - Sebastian's Roadside restaurant. Breakfast lunch and dinner Comfort food served with smiles. Very reasonably priced. Special nights 3x a week - Crab Stop of Sebastian --- seafood very reasonably priced. Did not see any non seafood but if you are a seafood lover, this is the place for you PUBLIX grocery store is a very quick 8 miles away. A new one is coming soon, very close sometime in 2025

After nearly a decade as Disney Vacation Club members and countless magical trips to Walt Disney World, we finally took a chance on Disney's Vero Beach Resort -- and we're so glad we did. This trip was a last-minute decision after a delayed booking window, and what began as a backup plan quickly turned into one of the most enjoyable Disney experiences we've ever had. The resort itself is charming -- small, peaceful, and full of character. While it doesn't boast the bells and whistles of the Orlando parks, it lacks absolutely nothing. The beach is wide open and easily accessible, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the rooms reminded us of a cozy, scaled-down version of the Riviera Resort. But what truly made this stay exceptional -- what will keep us coming back year after year -- is the phenomenal cast. Ali, the Guest Experience Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Lenora and Rosa greeted us each day with warmth, genuine kindness, and a sense of belonging that's hard to describe. And to the many other amazing team members we encountered -- thank you for making us feel not just welcomed, but seen. At every Disney resort, we've been greeted with smiles and a "Welcome Home," but Vero Beach felt warmer. More personal. More like family. Coming back each evening wasn't just returning to a hotel -- it was returning to see our new friends, who remembered us, laughed with us, and made sure we enjoyed every moment. Moving forward, we'll be splitting our yearly Disney time between the parks and Vero Beach -- because now we can't imagine a trip without seeing this incredible team that truly makes magic in their own way. Thank you, Ali, Lenora, Rosa, and the entire Vero Beach crew. You've earned lifelong fans in us.

Disney's Vero Beach Resort is unlike any of the other places with the Disney name. The resort is quiet and truly relaxing. There is no need to leave the resort when they provide every thing you need. They have a coffee / bar on the second floor. Full service restaurant, quick service restaurant and a outdoor bar. The resort also has a pool, kids area, mini golf and loads of other activities. But the jewel of this resort is the private beach. You can rent a chair, umbrella, cabana and enjoy listening to the waves. Disney's Vero Beach is a slice of paradise.

We LOVE Vero Beach resort! The whole atmosphere is super calm. It's a hidden gem here in the Treasure Coast. The staff is super kind and welcoming. We love the campfire & s'mores. Pin trading is always a lot of fun! It's beautiful. There's plenty of activities. You can hear the waves as they're just in the other side of the trees.

One of our favorite places to stay. The service is always excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and we love the location. On our recent trip, we enjoyed time by the ocean, miniature golf (we won the competition!), a martini class, walks on the beach, and the campfire!

My boyfriend and I came for a 1-night getaway the night before the pool, mini golf course and other outdoor amenities closed for refurbishment. It was pouring rain when we arrived at 10:30am but the room was ready straight away which was so nice. We grabbed a quick lunch at the poolside marketplace and listened to the DJ play at the pool (yes there were still people swimming and laying out even though it was raining). The resort is so small in the best way - we were able to pop back to our studio almost every hour if we needed to grab a beverage or make an outfit change (the weather went from rain to sun to clouds and breeze). Shoutout to the rental department, they didn't charge for putt-putt or other trivial activities; I imagine because it was such a dreary day. The Green Cabin Lounge opened at 5pm for light bites and trivia. The Wind and Waves grills requires reservations so we made a 7:30pm dinner reservation and were actually too full from the appetizers and Dole Whip from earlier to order our own entrees. My one regret from the trip is filling up on snacks because the bacon crusted salmon over creamy gnocchi looked so good! At 8:30 we proceeded to the campfire where there was a singalong and s'mores. Brendan and Connor were great at leading the songs and making everyone feel like a kid. There was a good mix of families with children and adults that came as couples/groups. I thought it was a perfect Christmas gift to my partner! The Wind and Waves grill offers breakfast as well and I got the key lime stuffed waffles which were top notch (bacon was very thin though)

Our favorite hotel ever. I am serious. Look at my other reviews. This place is fantastic. I have been going here for my life and the staff knows us. Well now time for the actual review. We have spent about 6 months in Vero and it has been fantastic. The resort is just outside of the nice small town of Vero Beach. There are many nice restrants there here are some:Squid Lips, Taco Dive, Mulligans, American Icon, I could go on. There are so many fun places for people of all ages like the nearby nature center. The central building is so beautiful. It smells fantastic and is a wonder to the eyes. There is a mosaic of a turtle at the center and many windows for the natural light. Just outside of the building is a path with vegetation taking you to the Mickey shaped pool. Everything here is a marvel for the eyes and the pool is no exception. There is a water slide where there are races hosted. All throughout the day there are games by the pool. On the weekends a DJ (shout out to Dulin, hes the dj) who comes and makes it a blast. Involving kids and adults alike. Around the pool deck there is a kids area with a pirate ship they will love and a mini golf coarse. You can take bikes, play tennis, ping pong, pool, and shuffleboard also around the pool deck. The beach is nice as well and it kept nice. In the morning there are turtle hatching. Near the pool there are a variety of food options. There is a bar and a market. The market has quick food like sandwiches and burgers. It's also a great place for dinner. The staff is very nice and is knowledgeable about the many items. The resturant is a different story. There is a nice kids menu and 4 specials but there aren't many other options so look at the specials ahead of time. The staff like always is nice. The staff here is the best part. They are so welcoming and nice to all and will talk to you like a real person. They recognize you and tell you their interesting life stories. At the campfires they bring the energy and it is a lot of fun. I am going to name drop some of them(Brandon, Catelyn, Landon, Connor, Deb, and many more). Now the room. There was a recent renovation that now in the inn rooms there is a queen bed and a Murphy bed. Like everything there, it is nice, there is a bathroom and a patio with a fantastic view. As shown, this is a fantastic resort, we go back here year after year. There is so much more I can talk about but you need to go there to see it yourself.

We enjoyed Halloween and the day after 2024. Our 1st visit for my Dad's birthday! Had costume contest, trick or teasing and more. I would like to go again sometime!

Lovely location. I stayed here for a week with my Pandemic Pod. We were in one of the stand-alone cottages for most of the time and it was FAN. TAS. TIC. It was large, comfortable and clean. The cottage had 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 upper decks, 2 lower porches/patios, a full kitchen....it was indulgent! Being able to safely get away with my framily (friend family...that is) was just what the doctor ordered. The beach area was cleaner than I had hoped for and easy to enjoy. The resort grounds were beautiful and felt safe, as you needed a key card to get back on the property from the beach. The staff followed and adhered to Covid safety measures and worked to make sure that all guests did as well. The pool area could get crowded but, as long as visitors followed the rules (which not all of them did) and were seated by staff, didn't move chairs around, and just sat with their group, it wasn't bad. The food and drink we got to-go from the on-site restaurant and bar and shops were very good. The bartenders were all absolutely fantastic and working extra hard, as they were doing double duty taking outdoor food orders and taking orders....they deserved every tip they got and then some. Eb & Flo's was where you went for fun-time-accoutrements. Towels for the pool or beach, floaties for your kids, suffle board tools, mini golf clubs and balls, renting a bike...the bike was a lot of fun to get to ride up the Jungle Trail to the nature preserve nearby and get to explore! I wish I had done it more than once. Across the street there is a nice short little trail and a pond to walk around and explore, as well as tennis and basketball courts. This place really has just about everything. And anything we called and asked about was handled. I would 100% stay here again.

We decided to spend a long weekend here after a few of our cruises cancelled but we still wanted some Disney spirit away from WDW. This beautiful resort is only a few hours away from Orlando and is the perfect getaway. There isn't much around to do outside of the resort and that is the charm of it. You feel like you are secluded and in your own little bubble. The service here is amazing. Every cast member said hi and greeted us warmly. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and warm. This reminded us of the level of Disney service you get on the ships as well. There were also a slew of activities to keep you busy. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. It is not a large resort. The beach is beautiful and picturesque. They were testing serving coffee drinks in the Bar area every morning which was nice. The bar, The Green Cabin Room, was a great place to get a drink each evening and had beautiful views of the ocean on the patio. The gift shop had a good selection of movies to rent as each room has a blu-ray player. We took advantage of this on one of the days when it was raining. We enjoyed the dining options. We ate at the Wind & Waves restaurant for dinner and breakfast and then used the quick service for all other meals. FYI if you book a deluxe studio you could end up either in the Inn (main building) or one of the villas. The inn studio rooms will have two queen beds, the villa studios will have a queen bed and couch and a slightly different layout. Our travel agent booked a studio thinking it was the Villa style one and when we got out in the inn we questioned it and were moved. Both rooms were nice just different styles. I would prefer next time to have a water view or not be right next to the pool. It was a little noisy with the pool right outside our door. And for how beautiful this resort was and not full it would have been to have an ocean view. We will definitely be back and have found a new getaway that is close to home but still feels like a world away.

    Our wonderful view.

Our cottage had absolutely everything we needed - plates, utensils, plastic wrap, seasonings, electric lighter for barbecuing, bowls, pitchers, lots of books, extra light bulbs and toilet paper, a tea kettle, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, full sized fridge, and a hairdryer in the bathroom.
