This is my go to shop for smog tests always done quickly and at a reasonable price. They have all the proper scanners for advanced diagnostics, and always a wealth of information on every vehicle I've ever brought here. When some of them have needed major repairs -- since there are three master technicians -- always done in a reasonable amount of time and only with top quality. You can tell a lot by just looking at the shop, so many auto repair facilities are filthy and parts and garbage is everywhere but NOT here. Everything is clean and well organized and the waiting room is comfortable. Complementary bottles of water are available. I have used this shop for the last 10 years. I do both my personal and church vehicles. Sona (owner) is as delightful to work with as he is professional. The costs are not the cheapest in town, but reasonable and the work is reliable. I do smog checks here as well. I usually plan ahead and drop off veichles early and get the quote same day. Took my car in for steering issues. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I was told the clutch was fully blown. Never have had clutch problems with my vehicle. On my drive home, I experienced burning smells and now a loud humming noise when driving. It is very apparent that something was done to my car to force a repair. This issue has been reported to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. These are the dishonest individuals that give auto repair shops a bad name. Prices are extremeley reasonable, his quotes quite exact, the work and in the rare case something is not quite right he'll make it good. It's great to have the peace of mind to know that I'm never getting unnecessary work or will have sticker shock when i see the bill. Sona always goes the extra step for the customer... He'll offer to drop you off at home if you live nearby and your car is staying in the shop, or sometime lend me something I need for the car. Was having some troubles with the brakes. I called Clean Air owner Sona and he offered pick up and drop off service for no additional charges. He was prompt in diagnosis, offered services, estimations which was very reasonable, did the job and returned the car. He was not at all pushy, explaining the job needed to be done. My rear brake pads had to be changed and he only changed that. He offer few other basic services such as oil change and even cleaned the car inside out. read more

Dude gonna tell me my car janky and "special people like me," are never satisfied. An extremely poor excuse for the trash work they did over a year ago. Which all ended up failing, resulting in me having to shell out another 1,000 dollars. Last time I was in there they literally had one mechanic, these guys are giving out rush jobs and overcharging people. When you inevitably realize what you came in for isn't fixed you'll probably end up taking it back, and they'll find a new problem on top of what they already didn't fix. An just like that more of your time and money is being wasted. That's the game! Please protect yourself. Lol to sum it all up, these guys won't fix your car and if you leave a bad review they'll dm you a year later calling you broke. Even though you spent over 1,000 with them. So took my Audi Q5 here for repair in July, blown gasket, so they suggested a rebuilt engine. They kept the car for over a week to do the job. Paid a lot of money for it! I finally get the car back and check engine light comes on, He said that it was okay to drive so I clear the code and light comes back on...this continues for 2months and finally the car starts to have a hard start, take it to the dealership this time and they told me there is carbon buildup which needs to be cleaned up hence the check engine and hard start, told me that before whom ever put the rebuilt engine in should have did some cleaning and checking on this first...needless to say not happy at all!! read more

So! as i do when i need to get stuff or stuff done, that i can't do. I lookup YELP!! and so i needed to smog the SUV. as i did find a few. what stuck out to me was ' Clean Air Auto Repair '. with a few very good and pointed reviews. i called them up , and Sona answered the phone. told him what i needed. and he asked if i could come in then. .like right then!! i couldn't so i told him i'd be in the morning ( today ). got there, the shop was clean with some cars being worked on. and he ( Sona ) came out to greet me! ok, with the phone call and this greeting. i'm feeling a lot better bout coming here. very nice, easy going i found him to be. and you kno what? He got right on testing my SUV! and then was done! done! i say! with the whole test and paper work. so yeah FAST!!! just his manner was great. and you kno what? he even printed out the firing order for my other truck!! Sona is a great mechanic with a great team of workers. They all do high quality jobs and treat your vehicle as their own. I've had 3 different cars serviced by him and he always keeps it 100% and doesn't waste anyone's times. I've had an engine replaced when my Range Rover had engine failure and my mothers van's transmission rebuilt. The work and quality speak for themselves because the cars still running great to this date. His prices are fair and he doesn't try taking advantage of anyone, if anything he genuinely try's to help you out because his exact words are, "I do this work because I love it and enjoy helping people". Now a days it's hard to trust a mechanic and if they'll do the job properly.
