When I drove up someone came to me quickly. I believe the owner came and spoke with me! I told him my starter is going out. So I will leave the car running. He said it would be about an hour. It takes about 10 min per car of waiting when you have cars ahead of you. When it's your turn it's quick. You drive up and they plug in a tester to your car under the steering wheel.
