Though I did not end up using the service, the employee in there was kind and patient as I was trying to figure if my capri pant needed hemming. She talked me through it and stated she liked the way the pants fit. She could've told me to hem them and make the money, but she instead gave me her opinion and stated she thought they were fine. One weird thing, I will state, is that the changing room is their restroom. Not a MAJOR deal but something different..

They are apparently under new management, and on our last visit, they lost two $250 items of our clothing, and also mistakenly gave us an item belonging to someone else, who must now be missing that item. When we went in to talk to the owner about it, she denied having made the mistake, never offered any sort of monetary compensation for the items they lost, and in fact never even discounted the cost of the cleaning for the order that resulted in the lost items. The other kind wants to build a relationship and customer loyalty. I gave them a second chance after they screwed something up, figuring everyone makes mistakes. But then it happened again, and the same indifferent customer service. So this place misses deadlines, screws up alterations, and generally delivers poor customer service, probably on the assumption that there will be another huckleberry along behind you. Don't be that huckleberry. There are better options around - Hillwood just down the street will do whatever they can to help you or make a mistake right.
