After Irma, I needed to hire a mold restoration company, and chose Clean & Green Restoration. It was a great decision. The owner, Jonathan, is just a wonderful person to work with. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, caring and concerned. His workers share those qualities. He stayed on-site through the project, which helped in a positive way. It seemed like Jon cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I had high mold test scores from the mold inspector. After the work of Clean & Green Restoration, I now have a Certificate of Clearance for mold. Clean and Green Restoration earned that for me. Each step toward that certificate was explained fully to me. This company does it right the first time, working smart and hard. I only have positive things to say about Jon and his company. They were 100% reliable, 100% responsible, showed up as scheduled and had all of the right tools and equipment, What a pleasure when all goes smoothly, as planned. After being hit by the recent hurricane, a mold test confirmed I had high mold in my home. The best thing I did was hire Clean and Green Restoration for remediation. Jonathan Morales is very comforting and very calming, which is so helpful during a crisis time. He gave me first class service, and it was done right the first time. He kept me informed of each phase as he dealt with getting rid of the water damage, mold growth and all of the mess. At the end, my home was spotless, mold free and sanitized. He and his team show up on time and are ready to work hard. They are all pleasant, hard workers and all reliable. As the owner, Jon, stayed with his team making the job go smoothly to the end. Clean and Green Restoration was a very positive experience. He set the standards very high. He took tons of pictures (before, during and after pictures) which helped with the insurance claim. **First of all, I assure you that I do not write any reviews for anyone unless I used them to do work** In August of 2017 we found mold in the walls of our house, stemming from AC issues. We had Servepro come out to give an estimate, only for them to disappear once Hurricane Irma passed. Luckily Jonathan, the owner of Clean and Green stopped by our real estate office to introduce himself. I called them and they came out for estimate the next day. The work they did was meticulous and perfect. They covered up all surface area in their work zone to make sure there is no contamination. My husband said Johnathan is "obsessed with his work", which is great news for us! They did a good job and we passed post restoration test very easily. Ok, I cannot make this up, I met with the Owner of Clean and Green on a Sat. approx. 6:00 PM. We spoke for awhile. I had a mold issue in my small bathroom We decided to work together, I also had another job for them which they agreed to submit an estimate which was never done . The Mold Person asked if he could use my bathroom I replied sure that was time # one , about 15 mins, later , the same person asked again to use the bathroom I said yes. I set down the coffee on the table with cake for him, he said he would rather not sit, he said he felt dirty so I put a towel on a chair for him and then goes back to work on the mold. The work was finished in about four hours give or take, before leaving the guy said can I go to the bathroom again,I replied sure then they both immediately left. The Owner came to the job too. I could not believe the horrid stench that was in my bathroom. I kind of knew he might have been sick not feeling well but this was horrible, my toilet was stuffed up. I could not flush the water down I used everything I had available in my house to unclog my toilet. I texted the Owner and they apologized and said they were embarrassed. I understood and I made a time for the Owner to come by the next day was Saturday. I did not hear back from the Owner until late afternoon in between I called Rotor Rooter. When the Owner texted me late afternoon I told him I already called Rotor Rooter they are coming on Monday. Rotor Rooter cold not believe how I was left with my toilet, he felt the guy that I allowed to use my bathroom, must have thrown his underwear down my toilet. The company left a machine in my other bathroom to scrub the air which is protocol. I did not hear from Clean and Green for about two weeks , I received a call from the Owner that he was going to pick up his machine. We agreed upon a time, and he never showed , no call, text anything. I did not know if I needed to turn the machine off or not .I called my Mold Tester he came and said the machine should have never been left on so long. The machine was left in my condo for about a month. Finally Clean and Green Owner came today to pick up the machine, I gave him the invoice from Rotor Rooter and a small balance was due which I asked for, The Owner of Clean and Green wondered why I was so upset, he said you let him go to your bathroom . The Owner is not very professional, has an attitude that it is his world and you need to obey him.Stay away from this company. The Owner has no integrity, he kept saying he was coming to pick up his machine, he blamed ME for the issue because I allowed another human being to go to the bathroom.
