I am talking about John who is amazing and has great follow up. Our work with Restoration was finished in January and we were very happy with the results. There was just one thing that was fixed but really was not and I called John several months later and he came over and try to adjust it and realized it was going to be a bit more work. John sent over Alex who just started with the company( by the way he is awesome) fixed the issue with the closet door we were having. It was not a simple fix and Alex really worked at it until it was done correctly. To me that is what a great contractor should be even after the work is done you can call them after the job is finished and something was not done to your satisfaction that they will continue to support you which Restoration(John did) that builds trust and if we ever needed anything done I would not have any hesitation in calling Restoration besides I have John number on speed dial.
