The ladies were thorough and efficient. We regularly use this service in our three bedroom home that has two adults, one child, and three cats and they leave the home tidy and refreshed. Also- This is NOT a criticism as accidents happen but the handling deserves praise: several months ago with a different team, a cable in my husbands office was accidentally damaged during cleaning and the service was quick in their response remedy the error and it was handled professionally and quickly. Again, accidents happen, but the response was so professional and appreciated and we have never had an issue since. Would absolutely recommend! Especially if you have pets or kids :)

The worst part is, I called Rob (the owner) and he wouldn't give a fair credit...even after I showed him pictures. I was showing the condo so I cleaned up the areas that weren't cleaned. All he had to do was give a fair credit (whatever he thought was appropriate) and he wouldn't do it. I would highly recommend not using their services.

The second day was horrendous. - I had called in a request a week earlier for them to clean inside the oven. They refused saying that the main office had not told them about the request. - We requested them to use the grout cleaner and they sprayed it on the floor but didn't bother to wait the few minutes or scrub afterwards -- simply wiped with water. - We requested them to sweep the rug below the kitchen table but they said they did it already -- there were still crumbs under the table. The living room wood surfaces were left dusty. - The master bathroom did not seem to have been cleaned fully -- the shower fixtures seemed to be untouched -- I had to clean the surface of the drawers in the bathroom because there were smudges on the surface -- the bathroom didn't even smell of cleaning agents like last time - they damaged the furniture in one of the bedrooms -- scraping off polish and paint - the 1st floor bathroom had streaks of liquid soap on the marble surface -- just as I had seen it in the morning before I left for work. The biggest issue is the owner's lack of accountability and professionalism. When items were damaged during cleaning, instead of taking responsibility, there were constant excuses and attempts to avoid accountability. A cleaning company should provide reliable service, consistency, and trustworthiness, and unfortunately this company failed in all three areas. Very disappointing experience overall.
