We had a small flood in our kitchen and staff from the restoration firm we hired cut numerous and excessively large holes in the base supports of our cabinets. In many places, these spanned cabinet joints and left the cabinets without proper support. We also had a cabinet door damaged during the process - a broken hinge for which no replacement parts were available still. We had other cabinet doors knocked out of alignment. Trying to find a firm to fix these, replace the kickplates/trim, etc. that were left by the restoration company was difficult. It was a relatively small job. Ervin was one of only 2 companies that responded and was willing to take on our small job. Not only did Top Refinish respond immediately, they sent out an estimator promptly. Ervin and his employees are all great communicators. Everything was very professional and their costs are reasonable given their expertise. Give them a call for a bid. You'll be glad you did.

Marcos and Anthony were referred to me by my neighbor. When they came to estimate the work, I very quickly realized that they understood exactly what I had envisionned but were also able to make additional recommendations to address specific areas of the flooring that would need special attention. They also came up with some recommendations on the color to enhance the overall light and visual appeal of the interior and style that I was going for. Part of the work required fixing some of the existing hardwood that I already had, fixing squeaking areas of the old floor and resurfacing it. For the new flooring area, they removed the carpet and meticulously prepared the subfloor to ensure that the installation of the new hardwood would be flawless and free of squeaking area. I was working from home at the time of installation, which took about 10 days, and it was so nice for me to be able to see the progress. It also made me realize the amount of work that went into the project and, while I considered trying to do this project myself, I am so glad I didn't and chose to use Marcos and Anthony instead. What they do is true craftmanship that clearly require years of experience to be able to master. The end result of the project is one continuous perfectly matching floor througout my house that completely enhances the atmosphere/feeling of the house that I know I will love for the years to come. And as far as pricing and value, I don't think it can be matched and I will use them in a heartbeat if I have other projects in the future and will recommend them to anybody who is looking to have a real hardwood floor installed.

There had been very little finish product applied. I asked Marcos at Oregon Precision Flooring to fix them if he could. I was in a hurry, and he adjusted his schedule to accommodate my timeline. He offered to test (in one room) whether his product would work over the last company's product. He ended up fixing the other company's work on all the floors. He really took his time, answered questions, and made sure the floors looked beautiful before he was done. Marcos and Anthony are easy to work with and they are really good at what they do. They are also reasonably priced considering their high quality work and the good products that they use. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with high standards.

I vet major projects by reading reviews, which has made me write this one. After reading all the…read more5-star reviews (which influenced my decision to go with this company), I am baffled by the terrifically poor wall painting job Christine's painting contractor provided for us. That, on top of his over the top rudeness to myself and my spouse, just made this job one of the most unpleasant home improvement projects we have done. We had to have the painter return (which was the last thing we wanted) and Christine to rectify the numerous painting errors. He, once again, wouldn't even acknowledge us. Yes, there was a language barrier, but he never once greeted us when coming into our home, rushed through the job (he got "done" two days ahead of schedule) and did one of the messiest wall painting jobs I've seen. Yes, the cabinets look nice, but with all the cabinet refinishing companies out there one would think the finished job should be close to perfect. The owner never checked with us during the job and when we started to express our displeasure towards the end, she offered numerous excuses, defending her painter. We do have a lg Pride flag on our house and we are thinking perhaps the painter was homophobic. We don't readily go to that, but this guy's attitude stumped us. Christine did correct the problems but overall, esp with the amount of $ we spent, we highly regret not going with a different company.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Teo when we hired him to paint the exterior of our…read morehome. Scheduling our estimate was extremely fast and easy. When weather permitted the painting to start, they started and finished everything within four days. He was very professional and detail oriented. They removed or protected all of the little fixtures around the house--things we hadn't even thought about. Teo patched up some places where the wood siding was peeling, using a special primer to help the wood hold together better. Truly full service. He was also very flexible and accommodating with our needs. Here's one example: there was one part of the trim that we weren't sure if we should paint it the trim color or the house color. We were feeling indecisive but Teo was patient as we thought it through, and he even sent us photos of the progress while we were at work so we could better visualize it and make a more informed decision. He also shared his opinion when we asked for it, which helped us feel more confident in our choices (it's a big deal to redo the whole look of your house!). I'm so glad we accepted his recommendations--they ended up looking great! On top of the excellent painting job, Teo really went above and beyond our expectations. For example, the wood trim at the base of our garage door had rotted away over the years. He pointed this out and explained that prior to painting it, he would cut out the crumbling parts and replace the bottom sections with fresh pieces of wood. The results were beautiful! And on top of that, he voluntarily fixed two separate pre-existing issues with our front door so that it would close and latch better. He didn't have to do that, he just did it out of the generosity of his spirit when my wife mentioned the trouble we were having. Amazing ethics. We were very impressed. It was so bad I just replaced the tub. They destroyed my tub by grinding g at it and then the finish they sprayed on was covered in dust nibs. My photos will show you all you need to see. They charged me $795 for this and gave zero explanation or apologies, they did say they would charge $450 more dollars to fix what they created , I was shocked at how terrible the work was and the customer service afterward was pathetic. I fired them and made them refund my money. I should have made them pay to replace my tub.
