I had a flat tire repaired -- at a fraction of the price charged in Phoenix -- and they had it repaired quickly. Rather than drive into the Phoenix area (and deal with their overcrowded traffic madness), I've had WTC change the oil of our vehicles and lube whatever needs doing in that type of service, and the work is done while you wait in an air-conditioned lounge, rather than sitting in your vehicle in the broiling heat. Prices at WTC for an oil change are lower than what I've been charged at several different businesses in Phoenix. That, and being able to sit in an air-conditioned lounge, make it well worth it. Can't argue with perfection. One other thing, and this is important to me: not only are they professional and very efficient, they're genuinely very nice people. I've been invited to have my vehicles' tire pressure checked any time and as often as I feel necessary, and they inspect the tires as they check inflation. Had to send my truck the night before my appointment via tow truck as battery was dead from not being able to close the tailgate. Did not hear from any of the service people so I called at 1:00 pm and was told my vehicle was 4th in line with the service technician. Questioned why it was 4th in line when I made an appointment 7 days prior. Was told that by making an appointment it should have been explained that it could be 24-48 hours before my vehicle would be looked at. What the heck is that???? if you make an appointment 7 days out you would think it would get looked at the day of the appointment. I would recommend that if you make a service appointment, better find out how long they are going to need your vehicle. Pretty bad service and I would recommend going into Surprise to get any work done, at least they look at the vehicle the day of the appointment

Paid the bill and drove away. On inspection, the work is done very well and free of defects. The technician who did the work explained the tow hitch to me and its use (I'm somewhat new to towing vehicles). What I'm NOT new to is having work done on my vehicles, and I like the job they did. I appreciate it when my vehicle is handled the same way employees treat their own vehicles. The only thing I didn't like was that the area where my vehicle needed to be maneuvered in was beyond my experience to do safely... but that's me. The parking lot and shop area is very tight quarters -- beyond my experience level -- and, frankly, with so many other trucks and trailers around, I'd rather not make a mistake and damage someone else's property. No complaints about the business -- its people, customer service, quality of work done, or price. I think they did a great job -- and I appreciate being given a parts list for items needed to do the work. The company recently changed ownership not long ago and I wish them all the best.
