This place sucks please be respectful towards people's time.

I agreed and they did the oil change. Once done he brought up the bill and it was 110. I reminded him of the coupon and the price on there own ad and he said well you needed 2 quarts extra oil. No matter what I said he kept adding up 7 quarts of oil to be 140 and then took off 30. Never made sense. I called the corporate office in Tucson twice and they never returned the call. I guess stealing from customers is fine with the corporate office. I won't be back to Brake Masters again and I am also going to file a BBB complaint. Terrible company.

Being pregnant, I'm not working right now, I'm on a fixed income so I was really banking on the fact that brake masters offer payment plans! I didn't get approved for any of the plans unfortunately but thankfully the staff are amazing at what they do because they were able to identify that the issue with the engine related to the AC issue so it was a 2 in 1 fix! I spent money at other shops replacing AC parts and not one shop caught that diagnosis. Basically, they fixed my both problems for no additional charge and I'm so grateful. They will also be doing a free follow up the week after to make sure everything is working accordingly. Definitely world class service and brake masters has my business . Manager Casey worked on my car personally and Eduardo patiently walked me through the financing options. Highly recommend!

About a week ago i heard a sound coming from the AC blower fan when ever I turned the AC on. I had…read morea strong feeling that something was in the fan. I just wanted an honest mechanic to tell me truth and not lie and say that the fan broken. what can I say, They were honest and told me that they was pin needles in the blower fan and cleaned it and now no noise. I also mention that the power port where you plug stuff into to charge in your car had stopped working a month ago and they took a look at it and fixed it. it was just missing a fuse.
