I needed to add ketchup and mustard to the burger to get a decent taste from it. The fries were great. I got the spicy seasoning that they offer. Now that I think of it, they should have cooked my patties in the seasoning they put on the fries and it would have been a lot more tasty. I kept it simple...I chose the Classic Burger (pink) with pepper jack cheese, bacon marmalade, and as a side, I had to go with the Dirty Fries -- 'cause that's how I roll y'all. About the food: I have to say, the burger was staunchly built and crafted with artistry. Nice and tall with a seriously tasty bun encapsulating everything. Perfectly well-seasoned meat and the first bite was simply delightful. I noticed as I got towards the center of the meat, it was bit less juicy than the surrounding parts of the burger, but nevertheless still tasty. After a nice bike ride, I stopped in and ordered their three shrimp tacos. I've had them before, but they seemed even more amazing than past visits. Were the shrimp larger? Were there more of them? (4 per taco seems about right!) It was such a lot of food (added to the hazy IPA) that I had to take the last one to go. It may last the night. Or it may be breakfast.
