I needed two cars detailed and cleaned - my car and my fiancé's car. I looked on Yelp for a mobile car wash service, and created a project request for nearby mobile car wash businesses. Sunny was the first person to reach out in less than a minute to offer their services. Sunny was professional and friendly, and detailed two cars in under 3 hours, just as he promised. He was able to work around our schedule and even informed us ahead of time about schedule changes, which we appreciated the professional communication. He cleaned the outside of both cars to look shiny and new, vacuumed the inside to be without a speck of dust, and even cleaned the tire rims. Hence, we just finished a big move, so our cars were pretty dirty and haven't gone through a detailing in the last year or so. Sunny was able to finish cleaning both our cars in under 3 hours and in the 90-degree heat, too. Because of the heat, we offered a few cold drinks, too. i've had two different cars washed and detailed by Adi. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and extremely easy to work with. My first car was a 2025 Tesla model Y that took about two hours for a complete exterior wash with wax including wheels/tires, and interior vacuuming and vinyl protection. The boss refused to pay unless VIDEO EVIDENCE was provided when I don't have cameras. His guy admitted guilt, called him to explain and he still refused to pay, he tried to negotiate with me before saying he won't pay unless I can prove it. I wish I could give this a million stars! My car is getting appraised and this guy did MAGIC!! I have Jack Russel Terrier who sheds like crazy. Fur was embedded in the floors and seats. I've tried to clean it myself but it took hours and I could never get rid of the fur. It took him two hours and the end result was enough to make me cry. I mean seriously, it looks like I just bought it off the lot. I've paid $$$ to have this car detailed in the past and it never looked like this. Hmmmm...I'd say the service was very mediocre. I sent out a yelp inquiry that went to multiple companies and this was one who got back to me within an hour. I was asked for my address to give me an ETA and the next time I looked at my phone they were notifying me of a delayed arrival! The problem with this is I wasn't home, and I wasn't ready to have the car serviced. I didn't BOOK anything . It didn't make any sense to tell me someone would be there before I even selected which service I wanted or confirm the time! I went along with it because I was in a rush and I Did need the service done. The guy who helped me... Not my vibe. I told him nothing had been cleaned out of the car because he just got there and he asked me how long it would take me to clean it out. Sir? Y'all just pulled up on me. And whoever i was messaging said they could clean it out. But the guy told me i was messaging the manager, not him. I didn't get his name and that's fine. Anyway, by the time I finished clearing everything out of the car he was done setting up his tools, so I don't think I was in the way at all. 20 minutes into the cleaning, he called me out to the car to tell me there were stains on the seats and a lot of pet hair that needed to be removed at an extra charge.... I said OK how much is it? He said it would put my total over $200 from the initial cost of $140. I asked for the cost Again and he said it's $100 so I told him to do it. THEN he tells me he might not be able to because he may not have the equipment ...i told him, if you can't, then don't, but if you have it, I want you to do the service. He responds "I CAN but I used my tools a lot yesterday and they might not work today." I said OK... so you can't. I told him if his equipment works then go ahead and i went back inside. He did not remove the hair or stains. I got to the car when he said he was done and I had to ask him to vacuum the center console. the panel inside was adjusted after i rushed and left it crooked, so i know he went in the console and still left it crummy. I was cleaning dust and stuff from the window control along the door, and the trunk wasn't vacuumed. I was even scratching things off of the exterior paint because it wasn't Very clean. I asked if he put a wax or coating on the car and he said yes, but it did not look like it and looking at the car this morning I don't think there was anything put on. The inside windshield was streaky after it defrosted the next morning too. Overall there were a handful of things that were not up to my standard, but it was $140... BUT it wasn't the basic wash, so I did expect a different result. again for $140 on short notice on Sunday morning it's fine. The place i wanted was booked so i got what i got. I am quite disappointed he suggested cleaning the pet hair. Maybe he thought I wasn't going to opt for the upgrade and that's why he presented the idea the way he did, but yeah, I didn't think it was great. I will have to book some other service for the full deep clean. Last thing is he said it would take under 2 hrs and it was over 2.5 hrs. read more
