They were able to schedule me quickly, and the service provider, Tiree, was very communicative about his arrival time making the whole experience very seamless. I keep my car quite clean at the surface level, but Tiree did a great job getting deep into the interior clean in all the tough to reach spot, including all the sand from trips to the beach. He definitely went above and beyond for the $60 cleaning,. He also made recommendations on future exterior cleaning work without being overly sales-y or pressuring me. It's disappointing for me to leave this review because I really wanted to support Tiree's business. Initially, I had a great experience with him detailing my car. He did not have the hot water extractor machine for cleaning seats with him at the time but let me know and gave me the option to reschedule - we decided to do the services separately. I tipped him because he did a great job and even told others about him. Unfortunately since then, he has been very flaky, cancelling the day of the planned service with varying reasons, even hours beforehand, after I told him directly that I had planned my schedule around the cleanings. As a business owner, he has proven himself to be disorganized at best, and certainly unreliable -- he not follow through with his word. I suspect the underlying reason is that he may not want to return to complete a service that is a $50 add-on rather than the cost of a full detailing job, which is extremely unprofessional. read more

Reached out to get my car clean and detailed. The car was already clean. I had just purchased it day before but I wanted to get an extra detailing and get between the crevices/ areas I can't get to easily. and made it VERY clear what I needed them to do. 1st off it's a 3 hour wait..I come back to a chocolate stain in my cupholder still! Literal chocolate stuck in my cupholder and he looks at me and says it can't come out ...Water marks on the outside of the car and dog hair still in the crevices. Random Eyelash sitting in the ash trey. On top of that they lost my keys and I had to wait for an hour for someone to return them because they left them in someone else's car. I was also reassured that they would show love and follow up to help finalize the cleaning properly since I was dissatisfied , but that did not happen. Then I was charged $120 for essentially nothing. Waited 3 hours for a car that never really got cleaned and Came back to the EXACT same car!!! And had to wait an hour for my missing Keys. Irritated isn't even the word. The professionalism was nonexistent for the type of service I was getting that should've been free of charge. No question. AWFUL customer service. Never again!! Inquired about their "full detail" after I found them on Groupon, they talked me into buying with them directly (don't do this as you loose any sort of protection/leverage) which is the most expensive plan on there. They wrote by text it will take 3 to 3.5 hr, which makes sense given that it is more expensive than their "3 hours detail" package They broke the hybrid badge on my car (and tried to hide it by not telling me) They left my car dirty (dirt I could remove with my finger) both inside and outside. When confronting them about it, they literally said "this was not included in your package".when I had literally bought the most expensive "full detail package". They stained my belongings. When confronting one of them about all these problems, the other one threw away one of my MMA glove in the adjacent building parking lot in my back. They have opened one of my bag that was in my trunk (I guess unsuccessfully looking for valuable belongings to steal ?) They aren't only a very bad and dishonest detailing service but a threat to you, your car and belongings. Avoid at all cost. Will file a police report later today. read more
