It wasn't until you all returned that you then decided to use the UV light which you should have done the first time y'all came out to pin point the areas. So besides the stairs and the mattress you had to redo my room still smells and stains still remain on my carpet. The day before our scheduled appointment, they rescheduled because of an emergency. I agreed to an appointment later the next week at noon. At 10 AM, there was somebody knocking on my door and calling my phone. My appointment was for noon but luckily I was home. He entered my house, without asking if he should take his shoes off or not, and then proceeded to check out the couch and say that he would be unable to clean it.
