By wanting to pay a good service to help me rather than an out of control storage company month after month after month, I figured I had a good budget to work. Kari was very warm and professional and confident she could help me. After describing my situation and sending photos, she scheduled me promptly. She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. Clean Image cleaned not only our windows and all the glass in the house but he cleaned our solar shades. He noticed one of the screens was damaged so he fixed it. We have several other screens that were damaged because they were improperly removed by our prior window washer (who sadly passed away). We asked Joe to repair them when Brian and he return in 7 months. One observation that impressed me is that Joe and Brian never acted as though they wanted to blitz the job and leave. They spent their time being careful and thorough even though it was Saturday afternoon. The windows and frames looked perfect after they left. The next day we had a combo birthday and Easter party. A few kid hand prints but that is ok! We will continue to ask them to do our windows, solar shades and screens. They have never looked better! read more

Joe has been to my house twice. The first time he came to wash my windows. He did an excellent job. While washing a large window, he noticed the caulking needed to be replaced. He came today to do that job and a few other things around the house. Not only is his work outstanding, but he has a positive attitude and obviously enjoys his work. Joseph and his crew did an awesome on our 14 loft owner occupied complex. They truly turned our 4 year old windows that had dirty, pollution, and water stains into beautiful like new windows. The crew was respectful, kind, and very conscious of security, keeping gates and garages safe. They used minimal water and and recycling techniques to save on water. Really great company. Joe just left my home and I have to say this service was well worth the price I paid to have 15 of my windows cleaned on a second story that I could not reach. Joe did an amazing job and could not have been more professional or polite! He went above and beyond and my windows never looked better.
