I recently had Joe Levya come and power wash my house. The order got screwed up and they thought the were only washing windows but Joe saved the day. He drove all the way back to Montebello from Sherman Oaks to get his power washer and do the job. He was fabulous. Kind, hard worker, did and excellent job and even helped me over in a heavy dresser. Joe was very polite and accommodating in the bidding process. We worked out a fee and scheduled the window washing. Joe confirmed the appointment prior and was punctual. Our house is not an easy house for window washing! He and his guys came in and did the job well, and Joe even had a smile on his face while he checked each window himself on a ladder! Came 1/12 hours late. I had a Groupon for 15 windows. Then preceded to tell me that my windows were French windows and would cost $2 more. Nowhere in the Groupon does it say that. I was going to have both inside and outside done. But I said that if I had to pay more for outside, then I would only do the outside and the screens. He then said he didn't feel comfortable doing my windows because I was upset. I said that I wanted the windows done because they needed to be. He said I couldn't make him and I could get my money back. With that I said goodbye and calked Groupon for a refund. read more

I am beyond excited to share this referral with my neighbors! This weekend I got myself the ultimate Mothers Day present...I finally had my windows cleaned (really cleaned) and all of my holey screens repaired! Joe Leyva from Clean Image was Ahhhhmazing! I had spider webs in between the glass where A/C window units were and you could not get to. He pulled out the units with gentle care, cleaned the windows spotless and then replaced the units. Not only did he clean the windows, he cleaned the tracks, window sills, replaced screens I didn't even ask for, and left zero mess for me. I also had a film/residue on a lot of my mirrors from years of buildup and he went around and threw in a cleaning of every mirror in the house! Worth every penny I paid him and his awesome helper, Valentine. If you want your windows to sparkle for spring, I would highly recommend calling Joe at Clean Image.
