I originally booked online and received a confirmation email for Tuesday the 25th from 8-12. After that, a very nice lady called me and explained that the time would actually be 12-5 instead and that someone would call me again to confirm when they would be coming. Okay, no problem. Then after that phone call, I received ANOTHER email saying my appointment was all set for Wednesday, August 26th?? At that point I genuinely had no idea what day or time my cleaning was supposed to be. I tried calling Molly Maid of Long Beach three times after they opened and couldn't get through to anyone. What confused me even more was receiving a message at 5:42 PM asking me to call back to confirm my booking, when their listed office hours are 8-5. By then, no one was available to take my call or respond through Yelp because it was already past their office hours. Their AI chat is actually pretty cool and responsive, but unfortunately that was pretty much the only consistent communication I had with the company. For a house cleaning service where you're scheduling people to come into your home, I personally need clearer communication with an actual person, especially when the appointment date and time keep changing. Molly Maid of Long Beach seems to have plenty of good reviews, and I honestly would have loved to try their cleaning service. I can't speak on the quality of their actual cleaning because we never got that far. My experience is strictly with the booking and customer service process. Please work on the follow-ups and confirmation emails you guys send. Going from Tuesday 8-12, to Tuesday 12-5, and then somehow to Wednesday, while not being able to reach anyone, was just too confusing for me to feel comfortable moving forward.

This business is NOT A JOKE…read more I don't know how else to say it, but in essence, this service brought in an army of professional cleaners and organizers and completely rejuvenated my house. The amount of detail and effort was unbelievably heroic. They cleaned the ceilings, walls, every crevice, disassembled/cleaned/reassembled my kitchen appliances, moved everything, scrubbed everything, turned the entire house upside down and did a total restoration. My stove was cleaned to the best of my ability, but after they did their magic, the years of baked on oil and grime were erased completely. They recaulked the bathrooms and touched up the paint on the cabinets. What! Toilets were cleaned amazingly well even the inside of the tanks. They completely renewed the house. As a result it feels new. There's so much less dust now overall. We didn't have a neglected or dirty house in the first place, but they went so far above and beyond what we were capable of. It's astonishing. Do not hesitate to engage with this company. Total professionals. Unreal results and they've clearly made a science out of this. Was told on multiple occasions that the person was performing services for over 2 hours at a time which was a lie. Also kept telling us we were out of trash bags and toilet paper. We now have a supply for years of both. I urge people to check their cameras to check on these people as we were being lied to for well over 6 months. They were charging us $900 to show up for 30 minutes and take out the trash.
