When I dropped off my truck Friday morning, Rick confirmed the work and added ceramic coating for my windshield, headlights, and off-road spotlights for a small extra charge. Because light rain hit later that day and the coating needed 24 hours to cure, Rick offered to keep my truck safely in his shop overnight so it could fully cure. I really appreciated that--it showed he values both his work and his customers. When I picked it up Saturday morning, the truck looked flawless--smooth, shiny, spotless, and car show-ready. First time ever getting my car detailed and it was worth every penny! I had only ever been to drive through car washes and used the vacuums provided there. I accidentally spilled ceviche in my car recently and looked into detailing to get the smell out. When I talked to Rick he asked about what my main concerns were and I explained it was mostly the interior due to the ceviche smell and another spill on my passenger seat. Abraham and Titus did a great job! I am very happy with the results! My car looks brand new. The interior looks and smells amazing. They shampooed my carpet and got the ceviche smell out. These guys are top notch. Very easy to deal with and schedule with. Everything can be done via text for simple and easy set up plus they follow through on what they say they'll do. Once they show up to detail they are thorough and complete and always double check to make sure they've done a good job and you are pleased with their service. Back in January ... Half of a white bucket of paint with an unsecured lid from the store tipped and spilled on the grey interior floor of my truck on a Sunday evening. I ran over a cover from a white paint bucket that fell off a truck and got white paint all over the tires and wheel wells and undercarriage on the passenger side of my vehicle. I called Rick, and as busy as he was helped a lady in distress and said to bring it in. He got all the paint off with his power wash equipment and even washed the whole car. This company is fabulous. they came to my house right on time at 2pm and worked until 5:30 to perfect my 2005 Subaru outback. I bought some touch up paint ad i have parkinsons and ask them to do the touch up. the leader spent a lot of time doing the touch up that I ask. Beautiful job! I loved the easy communication via text and e-mail. The crew showed up on time and got right to it. There was some paint transfer from the garage door frame on my rear fender and the guys were able to buff that out. My car was spotless inside and out when they were done.
