Shay was extremely thorough in his inspection and called out the best possible system improvements we could do for our old home, including brand new attic insulation and duct work. He was extremely patient and helpful while we worked on the financing of such a big but important home improvement process and was there to answer questions/concerns every step of the way. When we finally were able to hit the green light on the project, no time was wasted. Shay scheduled all the work (including a crane!) for the following week and the incredible team completed it all in 3 days time. Huge shout out to the entire team including Adonis that absolutely killed it with cleaning up the attic and installing new insulation, and Kamo and team with the intricate HVAC electrical work and overall installation. I've seen this ad several times since and the videos in the ad show a ton of things that aren't included in this, very false advertising. The technician said they should have given me the full service info via text when I scheduled it, but they did not, therefore I assumed I was receiving a whole house duct cleaning. When I asked questions about the service on the phone when I had to reschedule I was told the technician could answer my questions (the guy didn't know anything, it seemed). The reality was they put a negative air machine up to one vent, which to me seemed like a very weak vacuum, then tell you that for a proper cleaning you need to spend $800 or $1500 depending on how they do it. The $199 is "only for maintenance" so if you've never had your ducts cleaned then it won't do much. So I paid $199 to not do much. The technician was very nice but I definitely feel mislead. I have seen a lot of this kind of promo for other companies so I don't think they are unique in this kind of thing, but doesn't mean it's ethical. We did have them clean the dryer vent while they were here, another $225, and I have no idea if he did a good job or not because he didn't take any pictures which is a red flag (he said he should have but didn't). He also left my return air vent wide open. Interested to see if my review gets taken down or if I get harassing messages from the owner as others have said. I think the lack of reviews below 5 stars seems fake.

He has been super responsive throughout the process. Our technician, Julio, arrived promptly, was friendly, and worked extremely efficiently. He quickly identified that our A/C, which was just blowing out air, had a non functional capacitor and contactor. Julio even showed us the faulty parts so we could verify the issue ourselves. On top of that, they back their work with a warranty on both parts and labor. Overall, 5 stars and I would highly recommend Alpha Heating.
