Unfortunately, my porcelain kitchen countertops have chipped and I know they are not easy to fill in but They did a pretty terrible job at it. The coloring was a brown instead of the white so it made it look even worse. They were nice enough to give me a refund but they kept $25 of it for gas money. Sorry but now I have to go pay someone to fix it so I think they should have refunded me the full amount for wasting my time as well as having to pay more money to fix the issue. read more

I have an old 1925 year home with old features I would like to keep. My fireplace tile needed some love and attention. It's the old dingy colors of the 1920's so I didn't want it painted or changed out. I just wanted it all freshened up. I had no idea it could look this good. Jr and his team worked to tediously clean and in some areas re grout and repaint the grout to get it back as close to its old charm as possible. I'm very happy with the results. He even managed to camouflage some flaws in a couple of the broken tiles without disrupting anything. He's very clever and creative. We were told that our tiles could be cleaned and looking like new, including having the holes filled in. And scratches removed. After the work was done, the holes were filled in a different color and the scratches were still visible. I was then told that for cleaning could not repair that damage, but I could have then do additional work for over twice as much as I'd already paid. "Junior" did a terrific job on my brown marble vanity tops and my travertine bar counter. He has worked for two stone restoration companies and knows what he's doing. After wet-sanding my counters, he took extra time to seal them properly allowing the sealer to rest on the surface and sink in before he wiped it off. He was personable and had great follow-up. He was careful to protect all surroundings and, even though I was fully vaccinated and he'd had one shot, he wore a mask the entire time even though I told him he didn't have to. I got two bids on the work and his was the most reasonable and no one could have been more meticulous. When he finished, he said that one of the grout lines in my travertine tile was coming apart and he said he would drop by when next in the area and fix it at no charge because it bothered him. If we could give 6 stars we would. We bought a house with a marble kitchen island that we love, but it has stains due to usage ("etching" as it's called) - our regular house handyman said he could fix it but he didn't, in fact, it looked worse - that's when we started to search for a professional/expert on Yelp - we first called some with impeccable all 5 star review, but were told that "these stains would never come off, forget about it" - that's when I called another company ("precision") for a second opinion and when Junior answered my questions and assured me that a) he understands the problem b) he can make the stains disappear c) expect that the island will be stained over time because of usage, at which time one can get it buffed out again so don't worry - I almost felt this is too good to be true and also I felt his answer is very honest. So right away I trusted my gut feeling and asked when he could come over - he said next week, and when I stated that our handyman may have don't something wrong and it would be great if he could come sooner - he looked at his schedule and was able to come next day in the morning - and when he showed up, he was courteous, honest, forthcoming, respectful, efficient, and most importantly, he knows what he is doing and he does a superb job, at a reasonable price. Sometime people I found on Yelp come and do a good job around the house, and they will ask for a good review; but Junior didn't even ask for it, I wholeheartedly am happy with his help that I want to endorse Junior and his company 120%! read more
