WOW. I always had them come and clean my carpets. Always a great job. Got rid of the carpets. Now I have tile. But damn, I sealed my tube. Looked good for a while. But it got bad. Floor looked dirty immediately after cleaning. I called Jason. He came out and said. Oh man, you sealed it ? Yep I did. This is gonna take a while. We have to remove all that sealer, it's tough. 500 sq ft. Well, that's gonna be $500. Whoa. Trusting him, I said, let's do it. Of course we he showed up on time, as always. They worked and worked. The amount of sealer they took off must have been 40 pounds. I know it was much harder than he thought. 4-5 hours later, they were done, whew. I was expecting big a price bump, but that's now how h works. $500 done deal, just as he quoted (it took him and his worker longer than they thought ). We could not be happier. Our floor is back to "easy care". It's fantastic and easy to maintain. I think he cut his own throat, lol. With this type of cleaning, won't be needing no him for some time. Will always go back when we need it. Call no one else (the others don't return calls, much less show up on time). Jason is the S--t. Never had service like this. And it's been 8 years of using him. The owner was such a nice guy, a hard worker and had the top of the line equipment. No soap, just steam as soap stays in the carpet and sets the stains. Today, June 3rd 2022, TJ and his partner came to our home and cleaned the carpet and tile. They did a great job. TJ called us when they were on their way and was on time. The team was extremely personable, explaining every step they would be taking. The work van dripped a little oil on the driveway and TJ apologized several times and before they left, TJ was on his hands and knees scrubbing the oil off the cement. I am so glad that I contacted Clean Masters Bullhead. We have a family vacation home with the original Berber carpet (over 26 yrs. old). The traffic patterns and various stains were pretty well set in the carpet. The workers got to work immediately after arriving. They did a FANTASTIC job cleaning our carpets and our furniture. The couch, chair, ottoman, cushions and even the throw pillows look like brand new ( furniture is also over 26 yrs. old). After the cleaning we were instructed on how to treat future stains that may happen before our next cleaning......which we will now have done every 12-18 months.
