The person, Richard who came to clean my tank was huffing and puffing when he came to clean my tank, come on this is your job. Then they didn't even know what type of fishes I have had. Once he was done, the water was still brown. My husband and I have been doing it for the past 2 years and they have been fine, once these people came out and serviced my tank they died in 2 days.
