I gave them a call; I could see the waiting room was empty but there didn't seem to be instructions to enter your car, the car doors were closed, nor was there a place to pull in, so I thought perhaps it was appointments only. The guy who answered sounded exasperated when I asked if it was appointments or drop in, and said he had a lot of cars. Ok.... well, that didn't answer my question, but I get it. You don't want to answer the phone and/or wash my car, so I'll go elsewhere. Someone else drove up, seeming equally confused, and drove off after a minute or so. Just before I left I saw a third car pull up and the guy went inside and I think he left behind me, too, without service. So I'm not sure how this place works and I'm not sure they're all that friendly to customers given my experience when I was seeking service.

The 5 star rating comes from this detailer going above and beyond and the extreme attention to detail before I even brought my car in to the moment I drove it out. I came to get a ceramic coating on 2021 vehicle that was less than a week old. Stefan removed all the scratches from the Toyota "dealership car wash". It's crazy how my car looks newer after a week than the day I bought it! The ceramic coating makes the black paint look very deep and brings out more detail the metallic flake in the paint has. After my detail & ceramic coating I spent a while looking my car up and down from every single angle trying to find a single imperfection. There wasn't a single one... As a car enthusiast I've had 100's of details but this is the first where I haven't notice a spot that was glossed over. Every single inch received the full treatment. I'll be coming back for regular maintenance in the winter and definitely referring people to come check this place out.

I originally didn't plan on changing the diff fluid, but Rei recommended doing it while the car was already there and explained why it was a good idea. I'm glad I went ahead with it. They also took the time to inspect my front struts while the car was there and let me know they're starting to go and should be replaced soon. I appreciated them pointing that out and explaining it instead of just ignoring it. Their pricing was fair too, especially after getting quotes from a couple other places. The whole process was smooth and the car honestly feels better driving now. Definitely a shop I'd come back to and would recommend if you need work done on your car.

Their waiting room is nice, clean, and spacious. There are complimentary coffee and beverages, tv and Wi-Fi (and it's fast enough to stream an episode of Game of Thrones). I took my car in for an oil change, but they threw in a car wash and wiped some of the dust off my dash. They also performed a full visual inspection and recommendations for my next service. I felt the price was fair and not once did I feel like they where screwing me over like I sometimes feel at the dealership. As I left, Dave handed me an envelope that contains a free gift, but I must not open it until the next visit. I was going to come back anyway because of the quality of service, but this was just icing on the cake. I wonder what it is...

When I got there, he said the text had been sent by one of his employees from his phone and sad to say, they couldn't take me early. I just got a notice that I'm due for an oil change but their own sticker on my car says I'm not due until the end of August. Prices are no longer competitive. Going elsewhere.
