Since then, I have continually to just pick up food from them. The staff is always warm and welcoming. They always recognize me and are eager to assist. Food is always pretty good and since I don't know how to cook, it has been a lifesaver!!! The place itself is very clean and decorated well. There is always parking available. You can pay via invoice and they support tax-exempt orders while makes admin background work much easier. All of this is great from an event organizer perspective. My favorite part is how the boxes are designed and packed. They look attractive and fancy as far as a boxed lunch goes, but are small and compact in case people need to take their lunch to go. Also, the food is ACTUALLY PRETTY GOOD! Even when it's been sitting for an hour or more due to event logistics. She responded promptly to my request for a proposal and initial questions. Her pricing is fair and very easy to understand; there were no surprises at the end. The planning process for the event was smooth and she had great suggestions for the courses, on which we worked together to create a customized menu that also took into account dietary restrictions. On the day of the event she arrived on time and brought her own supplies as agreed. She set up the cooking area efficiently and in a relaxed manner that was not rushed whatsoever. She spread out the courses beautifully and none of the guests felt hurried or overwhelmed. As each course was served she got everyone's attention and described the dish, which was a nice touch! At the end of the evening she cleaned up and left the kitchen area spotless, departing in the timeframe she indicated in her proposal. Finally, and most importantly, the food was excellent. We had two hors d'oeuvres and a frisee salad that were on her regular menu list of selections and she crafted an off-list duck a l'orange that was as good as you'll find at a traditional French restaurant.
