My previous review still stands! Lorenzo and his team do EXCELLENT work. I've hired Clean R Us several times since the initial visit to maintain their perfect work. My favorite thing to do is to enter the house after Lorenzo and his team have been there. You can simply smell and feel the difference! Every detail of every corner was touched and it was so appreciated. We recently bought our first home and we hired Clean R Us to come before we started moving to give us that perfect fresh foundation. At the same time, we hired Clean R Us to handle our MOVE-OUT cleaning when we left our previous home. We were renting from friends so we had to leave the place PERFECT for them to sell. They truthfully do a better job than I could have (even with my perfectionist personality) and having a now 1-year old made the decision to hire them that much easier. I hired Lorenzo and his staff from Clean R US to do a move-out cleaning for an apartment a tenant had recently moved out of and left in a very dirty state. Lorenzo worked with my schedule and came with his 2 workers to personally check out the place and then do the work. His staff did an excellent job of scrubbing and washing the floors, removing all dust, link and debris, and generally leaving it shining and looking like new. I was very pleased with the work he did and feel good about showing the place to new tenants now. I recommend Clean R US to others. read more

We asked for availability, despite being busy for black friday Mr.Lorenzo has adjusted schedule and provided time for cleanup. Did meticulous cleaning, cleaned off marks of bathroom tiles that were hard to remove. Pricing was decent and was little bit lower than the quotes provided by other agencies. Satisfied with the work and I recommend them for a move out cleaning. read more

They were very responsive and showed up on time. But attention to details was not spot on. We had a move in cleaning. Unfortunately we had to go back and clean drawers, shelves, blinds and other detailed areas. read more

Worth every penny - That is the best way I can describe this cleaning crew. My search for a residential cleaner seems to be over. Phew! This has been a long search. I've had companies come in the past and they've used poor-quality equipment and cleaning products. Not Lorenzo and his staff. They use high-end (and from what I could tell, some "all-natural") cleaning products, and Lorenzo even took the time to educate me on what I should be using on my floor and why. With a newborn at home, you can imagine that cleanliness is very important to me. We have had a revolving door of family and friends in and out of our home over the past few months so, the deep cleaning of floors and other high-traffic were something that I wanted this crew to pay special attention to, and they didn't disappoint. They worked fast & managed to pay attention to detail while they were at it (they even cleaned the stand for my electric toothbrush!)... I was particularly impressed when one of the ladies in the crew mentioned to me that she'd been in the cleaning business for 20years! With this crew, I felt more comfortable than I'd ever felt with previous cleaning service crews. I could tell they were giving my home the same TLC that I would give it. Lorenzo was a professional from the moment I began communicating with him over Yelp messaging -- all the way until they were done cleaning my home. And, what I most respect about him is that he was willing to work in my budget; they are already well-priced compared to the other cleaning services who gave me exorbitant quotes (via Yelp & when they came to provide "free quotes" in-person) so, the fact that Lorenzo still stayed within my budget tells me he takes pride in his work and believes in hard work and earning people's business. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I look forward to my house being dirty again just so I have an excuse to call them to come back & make it feel as clean as a whistle again! read more

I am just about to move out of my rental 3 level townhouse and was looking for a detailed one time cleaning in order to get it show ready for my landlord. Lorenzo has been cleaning my home for over 10 years. He and his staff do a wonderful job. Last year, our neighbor was house/cat sitting and accidentally lost our key. We were in Florida. I called Lorenzo and told him what had happened. He made a copy of our key and drove all the over to our house to give our neighbor the key.
