I've never, ever, seen a group of folks pay such attention to detail when it comes to this work. Let me give you some examples. You know that dust that gets stuck in the bottom of your LCD display on your phone, way down there in the crack? I never see that. Does your phone have a soft scent of fresh flowers? Mine does. Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. Small business, a ridiculous focus on customer satisfaction, and fantastic punctuality. I recommend them without question.

I even offered to provide the messages as proof. It has been over a month with no response or accountability, so I feel it's important to leave this review. Post-Renovation Cleaning & Move-Out Cleaning…read more Many cleaners will post a laundry list of services they offer, including post-renovation cleaning, but this company REALLY does specialize in it and knows how to do it well. Spoke with Xiomara, who was engaged, responsive, and professional, when I called to inquire about service and obtain a quote. When I called subsequently to schedule she worked hard to accommodate my timing. Had a pre-estimate walk through with Caroline. She was knowledgeable and therefore thorough, asking important questions about windows, appliances, and our unfinished basement. Because she knew her business, the estimate was accurate both in terms of time and cost. The cleaning crew showed up in the agreed time frame and did an excellent job, vacuuming, then wiping down every surface, including light fixtures and high ledges. If you've ever had large amounts of drywall sanding done, you know how challenging it can be to get your house clean, but the crew removed every evidence of the work. I also had the company do my move-out cleaning when we left our rental once the renovation was complete. Different crew, same positive experience. Smart Choice may cost a little more, but the quality and service are well worth it.

During the inspection, I specifically pointed out areas that needed attention, including the ones shown in the attached photos. When the cleaning team arrived two days later, I reiterated these same requests to ensure they were addressed. However, after the cleaners left, it was clear that many of the specified areas had not been cleaned, including the ones in the attached photos (taken post-service). Additionally, the dust inside the kitchen cabinets, which I also had highlighted, remained untouched. I reached out via email but received no response, prompting me to follow up with a phone call. While they offered to re-clean the space, I was disappointed with the overall service and instead requested a partial refund. They refunded $50 of the $240 I paid... Unfortunately, my experience with Smart Choice Cleaning fell far below expectations. Not only was the cleaning service inadequate, but their customer service response was also unsatisfactory. I would not use their services again. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Update: They called me in April and asked me to change my review and they would issue an additional $50 refund due to my dissatisfaction with their service. I did so and they did. However, I just checked my bank account history in May and they charged me $50 WITHOUT even telling me. This is absurd. Please do NOT use this company.
